Scott and his team saved me this weekend. I had made a reservation with Mosaic Rentals for this weekend and they completely ghosted us. We had a rental confirmation number in hand. We had spent all week trying to get in touch with Mosaic by both email and phone to confirm delivery with absolutely no response.
