“By far the only good Tim Hortons around, always fresh lik they claim to be. Other Timmy's should take notes. The regular staff during the weekdays are hard working, and take pride in their work. Paul, Sheila, Myrna, and John are the best. They know my name and even my dogs name. They write down when coffee needs to be changed like Timmy's should, but often slack off in any other location. Ample parking.Drive through has two parallel lanes making for easy ordering.I was asked if I need help with anything as I was clicking pictures, which I didn't mind as they understood I was waiting for my mobile order. No drive-through or table seats, only 3-4 bar stool kind of seating.Staff has been helpful and friendly , even though they get shouted at by different customers for various things. “My phone CCs wouldn't work. The staff remembered my prior visits "used reasonable deduction" said "this purchase is on the restaurant." I verified later that this was a 'my APP' problem & paid cash later to recompense the earlier technology mistake.More often than not, they are timely efficient. However, all Tims have a tendency to top you off with 1/4 to 1/3 foam.When they are 90% + with liquid, drinks are the best.“
“Surprised at the low sub 4 star rating. I think people's experience might be related to timing since many of the people complaining mention the mass of students during school lunch hours affecting business. I am here on a Friday evening and it's empty. The drive through is flowing smoothly. The place is clean and organized, the coffee is good, everybody is following the COVID protocols, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Only thing I would improve on are the cleaning of the tables that are showing the red "TEMPORARILY CLOSED" cards flipped vs "OPEN".“

“Not that bad of a place to get a snack or a drink. The only problem is that the service is a little slow. Sometimes when I come in just for an Iced Capp, it takes longer than usual due to the only employee being in the back room. I usually have to wait longer than usual and sometimes a line forms due to this.“

I always drink steep tea with cream & everywhere I am getting luke-warm tea giving there usual excuse that cream came out of freezer so tea become cold but recently I am starting to get real hot tea with cream at this location, which exactly serves Tim Hortons "always fresh" logo. I guess at most locations serving lots of customers there is no time to properly boil the water but now for the past few times I got good real hot tea so please continue your improved quality service.
