“I often stop by the Tim Hortons at 1289 Marlborough and it’s always a great experience. The staff here are friendly and welcoming, and they handle the busy times really well. My orders are made quickly and always come out fresh — especially the coffee and breakfast sandwiches. The store is clean and well-kept, which makes it a comfortable spot to sit and enjoy. Definitely one of the better Tim Hortons locations in the area!“

I am writing to inform you we always got denied by your staff for coffee after 6 pm.
We went there four times and they always made excuse we already did cleaning we cannot serve you.
It seems quite rude in terms of giving attention towards customer.
Everytime they cleaned the machines before closing timing.

We got quite disappointed by the girl who is usually in closing time she was so rude to us.
Please, I am hoping this concern will be fixed by the owner soon.

Rav, the manager, is incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. She clearly cares about customers and staff, and it shows in how smoothly everything runs.
Rameses, also a manager, is just as responsible and supportive. He is always calm, efficient, and ensures customers are taken care of properly.

I went back and want to buy 4 more clerk at the window was the same person and asked why I came back in matter of minutes and buying the exact same thing (4 coffees)
I explained I dipped them
I didn’t know she went to her manager and brought her , she asked me about it and I told her it was my fault and nothing to do with her store service,she decided to give them to me at no charge

“The staff are always friendly and welcoming because the service here is consistently great every visit. The bagels, donuts, Timbits, muffins, breakfast sandwiches, the Steeped Tea and coffee are always on point. One of the better Tim Hortons locations around.“

“I stop here every morning. The service is always fast and I am greeted by smiling and very pleasant, efficient servers. My drink is always hot and fresh, with a great taste. The store and parking areas are kept clean and I often see the gentleman regularly picking up trash in the mornings. I have been to other Timmies but this is the best one around. Congratulations to this Timmies!!

Parking: About 13-14 spots right in front and another 30 + spots in the side.

“A nice place near Dundas and Thirds line intersection where I buy and enjoy a coffee. I can purchase some vegan sandwiches, vegan food and vegetarian snacks. Good location for drive through.

Vegetarian options: Vegetarian Sandwich and Vegetarian Sushi both are good. Everything Bagel is another food I enjoy.“

“I go through this location very often. It's much better than the one across the road. They rarely make errors. The staff can at times be a little bit rude and short. Definitely more training is needed in this area. Services pretty quick. There's nowhere to sit inside but You can go inside if the lineup outside is too long or you just don't have a car.“
