It's a sad state of affairs for my deceased cousin's (Tim) store to be in, but it happens every time the accountants take over managing a restaurant. They look for the cheapest solution to keep stock prices going up while squeezing out every dollar that they can.“

“Update 2This time is supposed to be open until 11pm, . I satbat the speaker for five minutes and nothing.I drove to the window,saw the guy and the girl peaking out from the kitchen, neither came to the window to even say they were closed. Again this is one half hour before closing. I am done with this place!!!UPDATE!!!It's Monday March 18. I just spent almost $13 in coffee and breakfast sandwiches. I scanned my app,then tried paying by card, couldn't because the scanner was down at the drive thru, so I was asked to pay cash, sure no problem. Now on looking at my app...No points added to my balance . NO ROLLUPS!!!!!Yes, I just dropped the service rating as low as I could go, I wish I could go lower than one!!!Ok, service can be slow but the employees are not rude. Any issues I've had I've taken up with the day manager. She is accessable and polite. My only real issue is when I get to the window, 25 mins before closing sitting at the drive thru, hearing nothing, then just pull up to the window, the guy actually looks at me, than carries on like I'm not even there.“
