Tim Hortons in Cambridge

“Im from Kitchener and I come to Cambridge for work. When i was on break me and my team stop by a tim’s and I gotta say for some reason this location’s work make one of the best ice coffee like its really addicting. Not like in Kitchener never get the perfect one. But the only down side about tim hontons ice coffee’s is that the lends are not good cuz when trying to drink it would spill. Hopefully They change the cups and make better. But another then that this was the best place tim’s i have been to 💯“

“I LOVE this Tim Hortons location! I stop everyday on my way to work for an iced capp and Patty and her weekday crew are the absolute BEST! Always make me smile and almost all the employees know exactly what I'm coming in for! :)

“I visited this location this morning while my husband had a day operation. The staff there were is at all so friendly and we had a chatted about nostalgic candy, which was brought up after I was drooling over their beautiful pastry display and asked about the limited time Canadian donut . I even purchased 2 different baked goods because I couldn’t decide on one because they all looked amazing. My coffee was also the best Tim’s coffee I have had in a long time. CMH is lucky to have this wonderful staff to brighten both patients and staffs day.“

“Amazing selection of donuts completely unseen at any other Tim Hortons I've been to in the last year. At least 25 different varieties to choose from. My family loves using points for classic donuts and coffee and my daughter was able to use her points for an Oreo dip donut which she thoroughly enjoyed. So happy to finally see a Tim's that actually tries to have a great selection of donuts for customers.“

“Wow this timhortons is by far the best one i’ve been to lately. The customer service is amazing, I believe her name was Ruya, she took my order she was very sweet and gave me my drinks super fast. “Came from drive thru few days ago the guy named zorawar was on the window and he is one of the best guy this Tim Hortons ever got! He is always polite with an innocent smile on his face. He is great with customers always brightest and happiest from other workers! he focuses on customer satisfaction levels and better communication standards! He always try to help customer till the far end of the job boundary. You should give him a responsibility of teaching customer service standards to all other team member! I recently came across a review from a lady who mentioned an interaction with an employee named Simran. Based on my own frequent visits to this store, I believe there may have been a misunderstanding.
I often visit the store at night and have interacted with Simran many times. She has always been kind, polite, and welcoming, greeting customers with a warm smile. Her friendly and respectful behavior has consistently made my visits pleasant.
From my personal experience, it’s hard to believe that she would intentionally disrespect anyone, and I truly feel the situation may have been misinterpreted.

We've stopped here many times in the past and the time from lineup to food served was generally glacial but not entirely unexpected for a high volume location.
