“Great location and easy to find. This is located near a school, expect to see a large number of students if you're coming near the lunch break.The location was clean and updated. There were self serve menus available to order as well (picture large tablets on the wall).Bathrooms were clean and spacious.“
“Our favorite Tim Hortons. Drive thru is usually moving pretty quickly. Staff are usually friendly. They have one young guy and one young girl who are always super friendly on afternoon , and an lovely older lady in the morning who always puts a smile on my face. Nice to have that 'small town's feel with the regular workers“
“The staff here are incredible. Very friendly! Ben is an amazing human and has great customer service skills. I cant say a bad thing about any staff from this location. “I was there just before noon on Saturday Oct 14 and there was one server working the counter and six taking care of the drive thru. The line up was long and slow. The lunch ordered was ready before my lemonade was. Only issue I had was with the chili, it was really thin and runny. Flavour and temperature was good though. The server at the counter was really good too. It was not her fault the line was long.“
“When I order a 2x2 in the morning, it barely has cream. The cream that IS in there, is floating at the top. Every, single, morning. It's gross. Whoever is working the night shift, isnt cleaning the creamer.Then in the evening it's 50/50 on how I get my coffee. I order 2x2, again.. and sometimes it's alright, and other times, like tonight, I get cream and sugar, no coffee it seems. It's WHITE!Definitely not something you want to see when you're down to your last 20 bucks and make an order from home.I wouldn't have said anything, had it not been like this for the last 6 months.How does this happen? It's not rocket science. I've trained people at many Tim Hortons locations throughout KW. Nobody I've trained never had a problem pushing a button for cream. It's super weird. It's either that, or your employees are pouring coffee before the pot is fully brewed, and I'm getting the weak bit that's left in the pot.I'm tired of donating money. “This is one of the nicer Tim Hortons to visit. Nice seating arrangement, with fireplace. Staff polite Fruit explosion muffin definitely my favorite. Raisin Bran is also good. The muffins are the right size, not being too huge. Dark roast coffee is quite good.“

“This is my favorite location in the city! You can tell it is well managed. I don't know how they do it, but the honey crullers hit differently at this specific Tim's in the best way possible. One time I filled out a survey to receive a free iced coffee or something along those lines, but there was a glitch on the website and I never got a redemption code. Which is obviously the corporations tech issue and not the locations. Either way was happy to share my positive review through the website as well!“
“Good location right on the road for computers to grab a coffee on the go. However very weird entrance for drive trough.Staff was amazing , courteous and nice while speaking to. Did not rush on order and nor did the slept away.Good location though.“
“It's disappointing to see such slow service at times; often times they have 2-3 people working and only one on a register. We usually just say "forget about it" and hit the one en route home. Get one more person in there during rush times (almost all the time) and open the second register. Otherwise I can't complain.“
“Fantastic service, excellent accuracy. When I got there the line was very long wrapping around the building. I thought, this is going to take forever and to my surprise it was so efficient and move insanely fast. Might I add I had a very large order 8 coffees 8 breakfast sandwiches and a dozen donuts. I got everything at the window! No “can you pull up over here sir, your order will be out shortly”“
“Perplexing experience with this Tim Hortans. The Coffee was remarkable. Staff is very warm hearted and kind. Employee Jobanjit was extraordinary with his customer service. The staff was very quick with my order and had made it fresh and warm. Meal was enjoyable I see myself coming back appreciably more.“
