“I would like to say how happy I am with the service at your store. The baker Karen, is the most sweetest, caring person. She is always very friendly and happy with me. She knows how to make someone feel special. I had even told her about it being someone’s birthday, when I ordered 2 dozen donuts and she wrote on the box - - - happy birthday to that person. Then when it was my son’s birthday, she made him feel special and said happy birthday to him and made him a special donut for his 30th birthday. I would just like to say that, you are very lucky to have such a friendly, happy, hard working person like Karen working there. I look forward to ordering more donuts and seeing Karen’s smiley face in the morning when I pick them up. Thank you Karen for always making the start of my day so pleasant.“

“I visited this location this morning while my husband had a day operation. The staff there were is at all so friendly and we had a chatted about nostalgic candy, which was brought up after I was drooling over their beautiful pastry display and asked about the limited time Canadian donut . I even purchased 2 different baked goods because I couldn’t decide on one because they all looked amazing. My coffee was also the best Tim’s coffee I have had in a long time. CMH is lucky to have this wonderful staff to brighten both patients and staffs day.“
“Tim Hortons at 235 Franklin Boulevard in Cambridge is my favorite place to stop for a cup of black coffee. Whether I’m starting my morning, taking a break during the day, or grabbing a coffee on the go, this location has become my go-to spot because of its consistently great service and welcoming atmosphere.
The coffee is always fresh, hot, and exactly how I like it. As someone who enjoys black coffee, consistency is important, and this location never disappoints. Every cup tastes rich and flavorful, making it the perfect way to start the day or recharge during a busy afternoon.
The staff are always friendly, polite, and efficient. Even during busy hours, they work quickly while maintaining a positive attitude. Orders are prepared accurately, and the service is consistently fast, which is something I really appreciate when I’m in a hurry.
The restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and has a comfortable atmosphere. Whether I choose to sit inside for a few minutes or simply grab my coffee through the drive-thru, the experience is always pleasant. The location is also very convenient, with easy access and ample parking.
I also enjoy pairing my coffee with one of their fresh baked goods or breakfast sandwiches whenever I have extra time. Everything is served fresh, and the quality has always met my expectations.

“Amazing selection of donuts completely unseen at any other Tim Hortons I've been to in the last year. At least 25 different varieties to choose from. My family loves using points for classic donuts and coffee and my daughter was able to use her points for an Oreo dip donut which she thoroughly enjoyed. So happy to finally see a Tim's that actually tries to have a great selection of donuts for customers.“

“Came from drive thru few days ago the guy named zorawar was on the window and he is one of the best guy this Tim Hortons ever got! He is always polite with an innocent smile on his face. He is great with customers always brightest and happiest from other workers! he focuses on customer satisfaction levels and better communication standards! He always try to help customer till the far end of the job boundary. You should give him a responsibility of teaching customer service standards to all other team member! One day he will become the best team leader in this Tim Hortons because he knows enough about customer satisfaction and quality of communication“
“I usually don’t leave reviews, but I often read them to understand other people’s experiences at places I regularly visit. I recently came across a review from a lady who mentioned an interaction with an employee named Simran. Based on my own frequent visits to this store, I believe there may have been a misunderstanding.
I often visit the store at night and have interacted with Simran many times. She has always been kind, polite, and welcoming, greeting customers with a warm smile. Her friendly and respectful behavior has consistently made my visits pleasant.
From my personal experience, it’s hard to believe that she would intentionally disrespect anyone, and I truly feel the situation may have been misinterpreted.

“Based on some of the reviews here, something must have changed. Yesterday (08Jun2024) was the quickest service we've ever received at this, or any other Tim Horton's! We've stopped here many times in the past and the time from lineup to food served was generally glacial but not entirely unexpected for a high volume location. Yesterday's experience was so extraordinary we felt the entire staff should be recognized and congratulated.“
