“I have to tell you that the young lady that works in your location overnight and is there until the early hour mornings is by far the greatest employee that you have. She is the sweetest, the most kind, efficient and just an all-around lovely human being in general. She's just lovely. She's a young lady, she's black and she's fantastic and I want to be her friend because I like her so much and she's the reason I keep going back everyday. She needs a raise or a promotion. I don't know but she's fantastic and I really really really like her. You guys are really lucky to have her“

“I LOVE this Tim Hortons location! I stop everyday on my way to work for an iced capp and Patty and her weekday crew are the absolute BEST! Always make me smile and almost all the employees know exactly what I'm coming in for! :)

“Today, I had another great experience with Aman, the store manager and the rest of the team at Tim Hortons Saginaw Pkwy by Townline! All staff were super helpful and courteous at the front counter, This Tim Hortons kindly supports our school program with bagels and Cream cheese each week! “I visited this location this morning while my husband had a day operation. The staff there were is at all so friendly and we had a chatted about nostalgic candy, which was brought up after I was drooling over their beautiful pastry display and asked about the limited time Canadian donut . I even purchased 2 different baked goods because I couldn’t decide on one because they all looked amazing. My coffee was also the best Tim’s coffee I have had in a long time. CMH is lucky to have this wonderful staff to brighten both patients and staffs day.“

“We are new to the town . This is the first time my husband went to this tim horton in the early evening time for a medium coffee and bagel at the front counter. The service was very quick and the attendent karandeep was very friendly and professional .For sure will come again and recommend to others as well.“

“I would like to say how happy I am with the service at your store. The baker Karen, is the most sweetest, caring person. She is always very friendly and happy with me. She knows how to make someone feel special. I had even told her about it being someone’s birthday, when I ordered 2 dozen donuts and she wrote on the box - - - happy birthday to that person. Then when it was my son’s birthday, she made him feel special and said happy birthday to him and made him a special donut for his 30th birthday. I would just like to say that, you are very lucky to have such a friendly, happy, hard working person like Karen working there. “I was very pleased with my bagel this morning. It was toasted and buttered to perfection.
I am very pleased.
I know it is just a bagel but most don't toast properly this one was perfect.
I used the drive thru, service was quick however the lady at the Winfield seemed a bit of a Debbie downer but very pleased with the food today.
I even put in a call to the store to let them know as well.
As I don't think the workers in these establishments get recognized enough.“

“This Timmies isn’t bad. They occasionally miss stuff in order or get order wrong. Sometimes the drive thru is sooo lined up around the building you can’t get out of your parking spot. Weekdays during school start, lunch and end is super busy - kids everywhere so be cautious.
Service is pretty quick and the staff are nice and respectful.
There has been a few times where machines are down or they don’t have certain items but to be expected as no where is perfect.“

“I have always had great friendly service when I come to this location and this morning was no exception!

I came in to buy a muffin and encountered a large spider on the floor between me and the cash. I am terrified of spiders! The man working, Alex, was fantastic! He came around the counter and took care of the spider for me.“

I recently came across a review from a lady who mentioned an interaction with an employee named Simran. Based on my own frequent visits to this store, I believe there may have been a misunderstanding.
I often visit the store at night and have interacted with Simran many times. She has always been kind, polite, and welcoming, greeting customers with a warm smile. Her friendly and respectful behavior has consistently made my visits pleasant.
From my personal experience, it’s hard to believe that she would intentionally disrespect anyone, and I truly feel the situation may have been misinterpreted.
I know she is not manager she is employee but yeah She is kind and Humble.“

“Based on some of the reviews here, something must have changed. Yesterday (08Jun2024) was the quickest service we've ever received at this, or any other Tim Horton's! We've stopped here many times in the past and the time from lineup to food served was generally glacial but not entirely unexpected for a high volume location. Yesterday's experience was so extraordinary we felt the entire staff should be recognized and congratulated.“
