“I’ve come to this Tim’s quite a few times and my order is always right and always ready when I come to the window. The staff here are really nice compared to others I’ve been too.
The inside however is a little sketchy so the drive through suites me just fine!“

I ordered a custom small vanilla latte, and by the time I reached the drive-thru window and explained exactly how I wanted it prepared, the staff had already made my original order. Rather than letting it go to waste, they kindly offered me both the drink they had prepared and the customized one I requested.

I come here almost every day for a french vanilla, the girls always make sure its filled up to the top and have been so accommodating and sweet when i needed help with something! “It's not a high end steakhouse but the bagel belt. Just a simple tasty way to fill that hunger gap. Had to keep working cause I swear there's really no time for breaks. Doing two things at once cause I was able to plug in the computer in and do some work was really helpful. Also for a bonus it was sunny out side. “I had a really nice visit to my local Tim Hortons today and wanted to leave a quick review. From the second I walked in, the older white lady at the front counter was incredibly welcoming and friendly. She made me feel right at home right away, which is always a great way to start the day at a place like this.
(I didn’t catch their name) was efficient, attentive, and super kind, patiently helping me pick out my drink and food.
Then Gloria, who made my coffee, was absolutely sweet, she had the warmest smile, took a moment to chat, and really brightened my morning. The coffee itself came out perfect: rich, flavorful, and exactly how I like it.
That said, the food could definitely use some improvement. What I ordered was a bit bland and didn’t quite live up to the great service and drinks. A little more seasoning or freshness would go a long way to making everything match the high standard set by the staff.

Sad to take a star away, today was the worst, ordered two sandwiches and two coffees, order wasn’t on the screen and once I was done ordering, no thank you, no order total, just a “drive up”. I have always been an advocate of this location, as it’s always been great service. When I’m told by the (appeared to be the drive thru leader) that I should look at their debit machine screen for my total like most do to get my total. I wear glasses as I’m near sited, so I couldn’t see the total on the screen and it wasn’t on the drive thru screen. Could have just verbalized my total but chose to argue about it. Sad, it has been becoming less customer service orientated recently.“

“Always busy BUT pretty quick and friendly. Honestly the main issue you'll have here is parking or the drive thru cause both can be awkward. Staff are always quick and well mannered. The few times I've gone inside the dining area was a bit messy and the bathroom was pretty gross, unfortunately.“
