“Always get awsome just wish was away put store specific some items like ice cap flavors changes. More annoyed national holiday or not gotto three stores be out of product walnut crunch. “I go here 4 days a week for lunch. My only gripe. Is the lack of Soup choice. I wish they had a cream mushroom soup. But ill even take their loaded potato bacon soup thats listed on the app. Everytime i order it on the app and when i arrive they tell me all they have is chicken noodle. They sometimes have cream of broccoli but who in there right mind ever craves broccoli? More soup choices please!“

“Our favourite Tim Hortons. Seating is very limited at this location, but the staff are amazing. My wife and I have never had a bad ice coffee, or London Fog, at this location. The location can be quite busy at times, so it's natural that tables are not always clean when we arrive, but staff are always pleasant about cleaning the tables. Every time we visit, the staff are always hustling. Several of the staff recognize us, and always have a big smile when we arrive. Thanks for all your great work!“

“Hey it's a Tim's so what's more to say that has not been said. Been here at various times and no major complaints. I did take one star off as several times the evening visits showed dirty tables and floor with no one checking the seating area. Food always good and fairly fast service. Note: a large industrial complex is being built across the street so this place is going to be real, real busy and the owner is going to be swimming in donuts of bliss. ?“

“It's nice store that's situated well as it is near a gas station and both are near a plaza with a lot of great places for your once a week or month grocery run's as every thing is here. As for the Tim Hortons it self it has everything you need or want from one“

“Usually a great place to relax with a coffee and delicious treats but Thursday night at 8:30 wasn't! They were understaffed. Only 3 people. I ordered a sandwich. They were out of buns so a wrap was the substitute. No one was making it.After 5 minutes, the woman who took my order began making it. By that time, my ride( Mobility Plus) had arrived & I was in danger of losing it( only wait 5 minutes) or my sandwich. She made it in time but as it was a BLT, I would have liked the bacon to be hot & crispy. It was cold & soft.The coffee was fresh which always isn't the case with decaf. There was, however, no choice of doughnuts or other baked goods. Is that always the case at the end of the night?The barista was friendly, helpful & pleasant. She's an older woman who's worked there for years.All-in-all, my experience was so-so!Accessibility: ⭐⭐⭐The outside door is not working automatically. I use a mobility device & had to struggle to get in. Seating is a challenge as there are few accessible seats. Aisles are not wide enough plus there is no place to park a mobility device except at one table which was being used by an able-bodied person.“

“This has to be one of the fastest drive thru windows in KW !! My order is always right and the food is fresh. Also I find this location has a better variety of Timbits which you would think all locations would be the same but here I always get the white filled and chocolate with coconut added in the variety packs.“

“I just want to say I was very happy with my visit here today. We came to Tim's because we had a bad experience with McDonald's. When we were here we were informed that they were out of hashbrowns. The girl working the food counter, Melody, automatically took charge and asked us if we wanted wedges instead and extra bacon on the farmers wrap. I was extremely impressed with her professionalism, courtesy, and willingness to go the extra mile. She deserves a raise or promotion. Very happy with my experience today.“

“I made a bone-head mistake and ordered ahead for what I thought was this location…it was not. I waited for my mobile order and couldn’t figure out what was taking so long. One of the employees asked to see and pointed out that I was at the wrong location. They were very busy, but offered to make my order so I didn’t have to go to the other location. It was nothing big, but I was grateful, as they really didn’t have to do that. Thank you!“

“Hubby and I stopped here for a quick iced coffee and donut on a hot day. The atmosphere is nice for sitting, staff were nice and quick and food was good. The only downside to this Tims is that they do not have a drive thru and parking was congested.“

“I often enter or drive-thru our neighbourhood Tim's and I admit, sometimes because it's my daily routine, so I don't always pay much attention to my server. “I used to rate this location a 3 but it has improved in the past year.Probably a mixture of the renovation and Improved service, plus they don't seem to be as understaffed as they used to be.Edit: Changed the rating from 5 to 4 for the sole reason that I found out they discontinued Honey Mustard“

“The behind the counter staff was taken to task by Karen, who did insist and ultimately speak with the manager. All over a bit of overdone bagel (the food prep gal scraped some darker crumbs off). Kudos to the team for handling it well and to the manager/owner for stepping up. My bagel was just fine. Lol.“

This Tim’s in the hospital is extremely busy and constantly pumping out orders sometimes they get behind but that’s completely acceptable given the environment. 5/5 for the food and the quality of the customer service“

“there night staff are always super nice but I was here last night at 2 am, and across from the drive thru window, just staring at the guy in front of me, and then me from my passenger side windo while I was paying. definitely some weirdos in that area to watch out for.“

“I came in to pick up an order from an app ( too good to go). It was my first time so I was not sure where to go. The place was busy. I waited to talk to the cashier. She was friendly and polite. She made sure they got my order ready and directed me where I could wait.They handed me my order and showed me what to do on the app to pick it up.The entire process was only about 5 minutes, even though they were so busy.I was very satisfied with the process“

“There ok, Just the only thing I will complain about is how the parking lot entrance to Kinzie get ridiculous. On busy times. The traffic get really bad Because the long line up for the drive threw gose over in the Kinzie Ave and cause blockage.“

“Everything is usually as normal/expected - except they like to pretend the drive thru is a Nascar pit crew. This isn't entirely a bad thing and perhaps it only being during the morning rush, but on one hand it's a miraculous demonstration of speed and performance, and on the other hand I would like to not be treated like a slab of meat being churned through the factory. You barely have enough time to get your wallet and food settled before you're rushed through. Again, not entirely a bad thing, just found it comical.“

“I go to this location daily and I get two full trays of coffee for our staff. They're always bright, cheery, and ready to take on the order. They really are such lovely ladies.The manager (I'm so sorry I forget your name) is a very smart, reliable, and patient woman. She has my respect.They give it their all. I can't ask for much more.“

“I ordered my breakfast from here paid the delivery fee of $3.99 and of course gave the guy a $3.01 tip when I received my order it was completely wrong so I called the Tim hortons, spoke to the manager, and was very pleased that they had no problem remaking my order, however I did have to go pick up the order myself but the manager lady was generous enough to refund me my delivery fee and tip money back, we are all humans so we do make mistakes it's how we Rectify those mistakes that I think is important and I am very pleased with the service at this location!!!! For that reason I'm giving them four stars out of five only because they did get my order wrong the first time but they rectified it beautifully and that is what I believe service is!!! I had the most wonderful customer service by "Selicitas" considering I was there at the busiest time of the day she filled my order and made sure I was satisfied with everything. 1 hour later I met up with my friend that just happened to stop there to get herself a french vanilla , I was telling her about My great customer experience and she told me that she also has Selicitas as a server and also had great service! “I have been here a few time. This Tim Hortons is a drive thru as well. The service as far as I know is very quick and it has a nice atmosphere inside. It also has a washroom inside. It also offers Door dash and Uber eats deliveries. For delivery drivers. This place requires thermal bags for delivery.Parking: It's located in a plaza with shared parking with other businesses. The plaza is quite small so there is not much space for parking spots.“

“Taste of coffee are same as all the Tim's.Staff are friendly.Nice ambience.Drivethrough available.Donuts varieties contains more sugar than other shop donuts.Sandwich is too small for the price.They atleast need to add more stuffing or bigger bread.“
