“I’ve been coming to this Tims quite often lately, and I just wanted to leave a little appreciation for the staff. Something I’ve noticed is that even with what seems to be quite a few newer faces, the service has been consistently good. People are friendly, patient, and willing to help, and I think that deserves to be acknowledged. Not every visit is going to be perfect, and not every customer is going to be easy to deal with, but I’ve seen the staff handle situations with a level of professionalism that I genuinely respect. I think people sometimes forget that the person taking their order is human too, and a little patience can make a big difference on both sides of the counter. We’re quick to leave reviews when something goes wrong, so I think it’s just as important to speak up when people are doing a good job. To the team here, keep it up! “THE BEST! This Tim Hortons location is the best in the country in my opinion. The staff are exceptionally nice and efficient even when they’re very busy. The location is routinely cleaned and never looks in disarray. The restaurant has many booths, tables, wall outlets and public wifi. The inside of the restaurant is decorated and themed to any holidays and special events Tim Hortons is doing at that time. Their decor truly shows how much care they put into every part of the customers experience. Mobile ordering is also very smooth you can order to pick up in the restaurant or through the drive through. My favourite part of this particular location is their food and drinks. They clearly make every menu item to the recipe. Items consistently taste amazing, and look picturesque as they would on the menu.

I accidentally ordered a cold coffee through the drive-thru for my wife, completely forgetting in the moment that she only drinks hot coffee. When I realized my mistake at the payment window, another team member mentioned it couldn't be changed since it was already made. Katie stepped in right away, kindly assured me it was no problem, and swapped it out instantly. Her quick initiative and fantastic attitude saved the day and completely turned my morning around. “It's not a high end steakhouse but the bagel belt. Just a simple tasty way to fill that hunger gap. Had to keep working cause I swear there's really no time for breaks. Doing two things at once cause I was able to plug in the computer in and do some work was really helpful. Also for a bonus it was sunny out side. “This is one of the good Tim Hortons I have been to and it's rare to find. The service is excellent and my food was made with exceptional care.

I ordered an iced cap with the heat these days and a habenero wrap to go along with it. It was the best wrap I have ever tasted, the flavours were well balanced and it was the perfect quantity. The iced cap was the perfect temperature

I was helped by Umme and she was the kindest most helpful staff member. She was patient and made sure I found the perfect combination to go together!! A special thank you to her since she encouraged me to try new food and I loved it!! :)“

“I had a really nice visit to my local Tim Hortons today and wanted to leave a quick review. From the second I walked in, the older white lady at the front counter was incredibly welcoming and friendly. She made me feel right at home right away, which is always a great way to start the day at a place like this.
(I didn’t catch their name) was efficient, attentive, and super kind, patiently helping me pick out my drink and food.
Then Gloria, who made my coffee, was absolutely sweet, she had the warmest smile, took a moment to chat, and really brightened my morning. The coffee itself came out perfect: rich, flavorful, and exactly how I like it.
That said, the food could definitely use some improvement. What I ordered was a bit bland and didn’t quite live up to the great service and drinks. A little more seasoning or freshness would go a long way to making everything match the high standard set by the staff.
Overall, the service here was genuinely caring and refreshing, and it’s clear the team takes pride in making customers feel valued. I’ll definitely be back for the coffee and the welcoming atmosphere. Great spot for a quick stop if you’re in the area!“

“Yesterday evening, an employee at this Tim Hortons showed me an act of kindness that I won't forget. After I realized I had accidentally left my wallet at work, she trusted me and kindly gave me a coffee, even though I couldn't pay at the time. I promised I would return the next day to pay for it.

Today, after getting my wallet back, I returned and explained the situation to the staff. The three employees working at the counter immediately knew who I was talking about and seemed genuinely surprised that I had come back to pay. One employee thanked me twice and mentioned that many people who make that promise never return.

That experience reminded me that genuine kindness and honesty still exist. The employee who helped me yesterday showed incredible compassion, and today's staff were just as appreciative and welcoming. Moments like this are what make a business stand out.

“I’ve noticed a significant improvement in the level of customer service at this Tim Hortons over the past year. I’ve been ordering from this location more consistently since Christmas 2025, and I’m happy to say that I haven’t had even one issue with my orders. My experiences have been consistently quick, accurate, and friendly. I have to say that says a lot since I have what seems to be high expectations when it comes to the customer service industry.

I was also very happy to see that Manjot, whom I recognized from another location, has started working here. She is always smiling, incredibly friendly, and makes every interaction at the drive-thru a positive one. She has even taken the time to remember my name and my usual order, which is such a nice personal touch and a great example of excellent customer service and going above and beyond what I'm sure is expected.

“Tim Hortons is a classic. I think we all
know that it can be so hit or miss though, location to location. The amount of times I’ve sent food back is borderline outrageous because I ask for specifics on my sandwich and they ignore it. BUT…. This location. Never! This specific location is my go-to! They have never gotten my order wrong and I have never had to go back and get them to remake it. I’m always happy with my quick and reliable service here. All the staff I’ve encountered there is lovely too! They are all friendly, I’ve been complimented (which isn’t necessary but definitely makes me feel good haha!) and they know what they are doing.
I never thought I’d write a review for a Tim Hortons of all places, however, I’ve had consistently excellent experiences at this location for over a year and they deserve their flowers 💐“
