“It's not a high end steakhouse but the bagel belt. Just a simple tasty way to fill that hunger gap. Had to keep working cause I swear there's really no time for breaks. “More like a note for foreigners, it says automatic door, which confused me at first and I was trying to figure out how to get in. There’s 2 hockey sticks posing as handles, and thats what you have to pull. That way you don’t look like an idiot like me… I got a chicken cilantro wrap and I was honestly shocked at how wholesome it was. It had more flavors than any chicken wrap I ever had, tomato sauce, quinoa, olives, it was so good. Then the churro cap was honestly the best representation at a churro I’ve had, and I am from South America. The cream on top is like frosting. Definitely a really good experience.“

From the second I walked in, the older white lady at the front counter was incredibly welcoming and friendly. She made me feel right at home right away, which is always a great way to start the day at a place like this.

That said, the food could definitely use some improvement. What I ordered was a bit bland and didn’t quite live up to the great service and drinks. A little more seasoning or freshness would go a long way to making everything match the high standard set by the staff.

“Always busy BUT pretty quick and friendly. Honestly the main issue you'll have here is parking or the drive thru cause both can be awkward. Staff are always quick and well mannered. The few times I've gone inside the dining area was a bit messy and the bathroom was pretty gross, unfortunately.“

“Yesterday evening, an employee at this Tim Hortons showed me an act of kindness that I won't forget. After I realized I had accidentally left my wallet at work, she trusted me and kindly gave me a coffee, even though I couldn't pay at the time. I promised I would return the next day to pay for it.

Today, after getting my wallet back, I returned and explained the situation to the staff. The three employees working at the counter immediately knew who I was talking about and seemed genuinely surprised that I had come back to pay. One employee thanked me twice and mentioned that many people who make that promise never return.

That experience reminded me that genuine kindness and honesty still exist. The employee who helped me yesterday showed incredible compassion, and today's staff were just as appreciative and welcoming. Moments like this are what make a business stand out.

“Always an enjoyable experience going through the drive thru, this team at this location is absolutely top notch. More locations throughout KW should have the management and staff like this location.

Sad to take a star away, today was the worst, ordered two sandwiches and two coffees, order wasn’t on the screen and once I was done ordering, no thank you, no order total, just a “drive up”. I have always been an advocate of this location, as it’s always been great service. When I’m told by the (appeared to be the drive thru leader) that I should look at their debit machine screen for my total like most do to get my total. I wear glasses as I’m near sited, so I couldn’t see the total on the screen and it wasn’t on the drive thru screen. Could have just verbalized my total but chose to argue about it. Sad, it has been becoming less customer service orientated recently.“
