I had an incredible experience at this location today, all thanks to Katie! I accidentally ordered a cold coffee through the drive-thru for my wife, completely forgetting in the moment that she only drinks hot coffee. When I realized my mistake at the payment window, another team member mentioned it couldn't be changed since it was already made.
