This has to be one of the fastest drive thru windows in KW !! My order is always right and the food is fresh. Also I find this location has a better variety of Timbits which you would think all locations would be the same but here I always get the white filled and chocolate with coconut added in the variety packs.
This location has gone downhill so quickly. Just in the past couple of weeks I have had my coffee nearly spilled all over my lap in the drive thru because the employee was not paying attention to what she was doing. Today I was the only customer in the drive thru and the woman wasn’t even listening to my order because she was talking with coworkers WHILE TAKING THE ORDER. If you go by car, the service is fast and efficient, but if you decide to dine in, oh God! You need to hire more people! I waited 30 minutes for a wrap and a double double. That's insane. The queue was out of the world. Again, the car service that's fine is awesome 5 out of 5, but the restaurant dine in experience is a mess. There are a lot of people looking for jobs all over Canada, so I'm pretty sure you have plenty of resumes in your Headquarters office. Thanks
