I’ve noticed a significant improvement in the level of customer service at this Tim Hortons over the past year. I’ve been ordering from this location more consistently since Christmas 2025, and I’m happy to say that I haven’t had even one issue with my orders. My experiences have been consistently quick, accurate, and friendly. I have to say that says a lot since I have what seems to be high expectations when it comes to the customer service industry.
