“I’ve noticed a significant improvement in the level of customer service at this Tim Hortons over the past year. I’ve been ordering from this location more consistently since Christmas 2025, and I’m happy to say that I haven’t had even one issue with my orders. My experiences have been consistently quick, accurate, and friendly. I have to say that says a lot since I have what seems to be high expectations when it comes to the customer service industry.

I was also very happy to see that Manjot, whom I recognized from another location, has started working here. She is always smiling, incredibly friendly, and makes every interaction at the drive-thru a positive one. She has even taken the time to remember my name and my usual order, which is such a nice personal touch and a great example of excellent customer service and going above and beyond what I'm sure is expected.

“Tim Hortons is a classic. I think we all
know that it can be so hit or miss though, location to location. The amount of times I’ve sent food back is borderline outrageous because I ask for specifics on my sandwich and they ignore it. BUT…. This location. Never! This specific location is my go-to! They have never gotten my order wrong and I have never had to go back and get them to remake it. I’m always happy with my quick and reliable service here. All the staff I’ve encountered there is lovely too! They are all friendly, I’ve been complimented (which isn’t necessary but definitely makes me feel good haha!) and they know what they are doing.
I never thought I’d write a review for a Tim Hortons of all places, however, I’ve had consistently excellent experiences at this location for over a year and they deserve their flowers 💐“

“I placed a catering order for bagels and trays of cream cheeses, tuna and vegetables. I spoke with the owner of the company, who provided me with excellent information to create exactly what I wanted. The day that we picked up the order, everything was perfect. The customer service level is excellent and the quality/taste of the food was delicious. I highly recommend this Bagel Store.“
