“The second greatest place a friend told me about. I was getting a Bagelnator on pretzel until my eyes spotted the Big Twist - now it's a legitimate meal. A must-go, and must-go-back place. The coffee is solid too. Free newspapers for reading while eating for those going solo.“

“This bagel shop is amazing! The bagels are always fresh, perfectly chewy on the inside with just the right crisp on the outside. The flavors are spot-on, and the variety of spreads and toppings makes it impossible to choose just one favorite. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the service is quick even when it’s busy. You can really tell they care about quality. Hands down one of the best bagel spots around—highly recommend!“

“The Tim Hortons I wanted to comment on doesn’t have a Facebook like page. It’s down the street. The esso gas station off of burloak and harvester. I am a regular customer, I come in every single morning at 5-5:30am. The staff is seriously fantastic! The manger there, or supervisor (not sure what role she plays) I believe her name it Katrina or kate. Every morning she greets me and wishes me the best day at work. I came in Friday and I had gone to a different Tim’s the day before and I had my whole order wrong. She happily replaced it and apologized on behalf of Tim Hortons that my order was wrong! I look forward to seeing her every morning, she always has a smile on her face, and a positive attitude (which is hard to find in management staff sometimes). Theirs always a full display of good treats, and all the staff is always motivated to help you with your order! Just wanted to share! Sometimes good people need the recognition they deserve!“
