“One of the best bagel places in Hamilton! They have a variety of types of Bagels and flavors you can choose , ranging from a plane bagel and cream cheese to a bagel btl sandwich. The flavor is always amazing and the portion size is good for the price. Employees are always super welcoming and efficient. I always love to get the cheap day old Bagel packs and just freeze it for later. Apart from the freshly made Bagels, they also have a variety of fridge products like smoked salmon, drinks, and sauces. Definitely a great place to grab a quick bite or sit down on round tables. Heavily recommended!!“

“I've been at Tim Hortons for the last 20 years. Larry made me the most delicious iced latter woth whipped cream on top. It looked exactly as advertised. Perfection is patience. Thank you Larry for serving me the nicest looking drink I've had in a long time! Worth every second in line.“

“This is, quite simply, the best bagel spot in Burlington. I have never had a bad bagel from them, and have tried pretty much every flavour. I'd like to give a special shout out to the Cajun Barn Spice, as it is perfectly seasoned and incredibly tasty. Their cream cheese spreads are all excellent as well, with Barn Bacon being delicious, particularly on a Barn Spice bagel. The staff are all amazing as well, and I genuinely look forward to coming here as often as I can.“

“The Tim Hortons I wanted to comment on doesn’t have a Facebook like page. It’s down the street. The esso gas station off of burloak and harvester. I am a regular customer, I come in every single morning at 5-5:30am. The staff is seriously fantastic! The manger there, or supervisor (not sure what role she plays) I believe her name it Katrina or kate. Every morning she greets me and wishes me the best day at work. I came in Friday and I had gone to a different Tim’s the day before and I had my whole order wrong. She happily replaced it and apologized on behalf of Tim Hortons that my order was wrong! I look forward to seeing her every morning, she always has a smile on her face, and a positive attitude (which is hard to find in management staff sometimes). Theirs always a full display of good treats, and all the staff is always motivated to help you with your order! Just wanted to share! Sometimes good people need the recognition they deserve!“
