“We love this place!! Staff is so kind, food is really tasty and the place is super clean.They also provide a couple toys. There is a limited number of dogs they allow inside, so you might get waitlisted if it's too busy. I think on weekends it's good to make a reservation. There is lots of cleaner and wipes for everyone to use.“
“Took my 4 year old here for a P.A. day from school and he loved it. he has been asking to go back ever since. we played some great games, got some DND dice at a sweet price and a few miniatures to paint together at home. “We stopped for lunch on Sunday. Had such a great experience. The staff went above and beyond, and the owner ( i think he was ) came by and made sure we were good and topped up our coffee. “This is a great spot for a quiet coffee and catch up with friends. Great food and coffee selection. Lots space up stairs to do some work as well.Not a criticism but one thing to note for parents with young kids. There is window/bar style seating on the main level and the rest of the seating is upstairs. I had brought my newborn in her stroller. The staff was more than accommodating and I was able to fold up my compact stroller and tuck it out of the way. Larger strollers will have a tougher time navigating this space.“

“My partner and I did the Valentine’s Day set menu and I can’t express how impressed we were. It was so delicious and felt like fine dining but was so affordable. The atmosphere was so cute and intimate it was the perfect way to spend our Valentine’s. I have been for over a number of times over the years as well and love the baked good. “Carluke Orchards is a quaint little country market. With a nice selection of BBQ sauces and other preserves, the star of the show is the baked goods and frozen meat pies and entrees. My wife and I grabbed a latte and a coffee as well and I was pleasantly surprised at the flavour and quality of the coffee. The service was quick and friendly. We're looking forward to returning during the growing season for more fresh goodness.“

The service was excellent, and I thought the prices were perfectly reasonable. Locke Street is a great place to eat in Hamilton, with plenty of choice. It's not free parking, but on-street and plenty of it, all close by.I'm looking forward to my next visit, whenever that may be...“
“Yesterday was my first experience and it exceeded my expectations. The staff is very friendly and always smiling and when I was asked if my espresso was for here it was given to me in a ceramic cup unlike the Burlington location. I was also given a tiny biscotti with it. Great atmosphere, can't believe it took me this long to discover this location“
“The staff in this store are friendly, polite and I got served QuickTime! The seating area is large but I feel like more tables and seats could be put out as it has lots of open space. Plenty of seats and parasols outside though. The only negative thing I’d say is the toilet situation. You need to get a member of staff to unlock them using a remote control behind the counter. When there is a queue, it can be quite a wait to get the door opened. Besides that, great store .“

“Our fav is their Half and Half. Tried a few flavours and all seem to be perfect. What we don’t like is the absurd self-made rule of stop serving milk shakes 15 mins before closing. Turned around two times now for being 2 mins late and the excuse that they just washed the blenders. They should honour the customer rather than giving these excuses. When your closing time is 10pm then you should be serving everything on the menu until that time or change your closing time to 9:45pm and ask your people to start washing blenders after that. Good food is one thing but having such an attitude towards customer destroys everything. The owner or whoever is making these rules should take notice“

“I came here last night with my boyfriend. We were walking around downtown hamilton and wanted to try out a new place and we came here because the menu looked incredible and also we were curious about the "rude staff" that other reviews claimed. The staff was soooo friendly and cute! Just be a good person and enjoy the food! They had great service, the atmosphere in the dining area was incredibly comfortable and the staff was helpful and patient. I wanted to try their Volcano ramen and two of their staff kept warning me that it was extremely spicy and when I got it, they did not lie LOOLL. If they claim something on their menu is spicy, they MEAN IT unlike other restaurants which disappoints you with mildly spicy food. Food was delicious, portions were great, and their milk teas had actual tea bags in them and it was good. They weren't busy so our food came quickly and they checked up on us a few times offering water. The restaurant also provides board games for customers and you can stay as long as you want to hang out. We stayed for 2 hours and it was amazing. We will definitely come back! Their smoothies are also good too and they even put protein powder in one of the smoothies making it a good healthy choice. Their pasteries are also pretty good too and they have ones that no other cafe chain has as well, such as naniamo bars for example. Their location is central and right in the middle of the 1st floor, making it a convenient place to grab a drink and a bite before going and browsing and shopping around the rest of the mall.“

I order long shots for my caramel macchiato it’s easy for the espresso to “die” quickly and turn bitter. Most stores don’t really care about the espresso pull. But I’ve never had my drink with dead shots here!“
