“The owners are the problem here. With the new flight schedule there is no reason not to staff enough people.

Consistently the slowest Tim's iv ever been too. Currently been here 10 mins trying to get a tea and sandwich and there have been maybe 6-8 other customers. The single employee is clearly overwhelmed which is normal here.“

“Super friendly people with great coffee and pastries. I tried an espresso tonic for the first time and loved it! The menu seemed very accommodating for people with dietary restrictions as well. The restroom is also one of the cleanest I've used!“

“I’ve been going to MySweeTooth for almost a year now. They have a variety of drinks and pastries. I have to say not everything on the menu is my taste, but I’ve still always enjoyed my experience there. The owners are so nice! And I always feel like a valued customer when I am there. Some of my favourites are there Mango Slushy with Coconut Cream Jelly or Ice Cream and their Hot Dog milk buns. Just this week I finally had the chance to try their fresh Strawberry and Mango mochi, WOW! I think the thickness of the mochi really complements the cream inside well. Even if you only have the chance to go their once, it’s defiantly worth it.“

But I was happily surprised the food was excellent, the coffee was great, and the service was amazing, they are very friendly and kind. I would definitely be coming back often. “Our fav is their Half and Half. Tried a few flavours and all seem to be perfect. What we don’t like is the absurd self-made rule of stop serving milk shakes 15 mins before closing. Turned around two times now for being 2 mins late and the excuse that they just washed the blenders. They should honour the customer rather than giving these excuses. When your closing time is 10pm then you should be serving everything on the menu until that time or change your closing time to 9:45pm and ask your people to start washing blenders after that. Good food is one thing but having such an attitude towards customer destroys everything. The owner or whoever is making these rules should take notice“

“Probably the cleanest Tim's I've ever seen...I always wondered why so many cars here in the morning while the *other* Tim's less than 1 min away has so few but after visiting both, now I know.
These guys are quick, efficient & don't eff up your order!
My last visit an employee was crouched on the ground literally scrubbing the pedestal & base of the tables...I've never seen anyone at any Tim's do that & wonder how long it's been since that was done most places.
Lots of space to sit, usually pretty quiet inside except a few regulars, but drive thru can get crazy during morning rush.
Washrooms are spotless, as was the rest of the place; food is basically same as every other Tims.
Lots of room for wheelchairs & strollers, accessible entrance as well.“

“Last week my friend and I took a walk to the Hamilton Airport and discovered this lovely new addition. We were greeted by the friendly owner who despite our lack of sufficient funds provided us with two steaming cups of fresh decaf coffee.We also tried a date square which was served hot and was delicious,lots of natural sugar in the dates and not overly sweet like some of the date squares I’ve had at other places. The coffee was tasty and brewed just for us,what a treat...I highly recommend that those who visit the airport drop in and have a taste...support local business!“
