Dear Tim’s, for the longest time I have yearned for good customer service. In all my searches through your the ages Tim’s has never succeeded me the was Joseph does. This truly has bless the Tim Hortons nation. Joseph should be the gold standard for all employees for future reference,

My last visit an employee was crouched on the ground literally scrubbing the pedestal & base of the tables...I've never seen anyone at any Tim's do that & wonder how long it's been since that was done most places.
