“They cut my bagel, all the way through, without me asking. That alone is five star, you have no idea.

Service was great, from the person who helped me to the person working drivethru who checked quickly to make sure I had been helped, to the person who handed me my bagel. The four people working actually looked like they were enjoying their day, their job and were moving quite efficiently.

The location itself looks small, but from what I could see the items available are no different, it's just not all infront of you like bigger locations.

“I work in the plaza so I frequent this location often. I usually mobile order so I’m in and out. Today, lunch came quickly and didn’t have time to mobile order. I went inside places my ordered and waited. The place was bustling.
What I came here to say was whoever was working the hot counter (July 10) KILLED it. She was slammed and hustle to get me everyone out seamlessly. She must have had 8-10 orders. Pizzas, soups, wraps you name it. I was order 9 I think. I waited 7 mins which I think is a reasonable time considering her work load.“

“A good example of how a McDonald's should be. Only improvement would be to watch for people at the desk wanting to order. I find personnel are in the back too long while a customer wait with cash in hand. Very minor but it will take you to the next level of service I find at McDonald's. Good work team!“

“I’ve been coming to this Tim Hortins for 30 years.
HandiCap parking is available in front of restaurant.
A Wheelchair ramp onto the sidewalk.
This restaurant has an updated Modern look.
This Restaurant is one of the Cleanest I’ve been to in all of Canada.
For years, a mature and dedicated man has been wiping and disinfecting all the tables, chairs, indoor trash cabinets.
The washrooms are always the cleanest.
He is constantly clearing the floor of any trash.
He mops the entire floor, being conscious of the safety of customers and staff.
This man cleans the staff working area and it’s spotless, all the counters, glass cabinets and floors.
The staff and managers are all friendly and treat everyone with kindness and respect.
All staff only speak English at all times to each other and to customers.
You can see that the Owners care about their staff and customers.
Padded chairs and benches are available for added customer comfort.
I’m an older person, and at times require extra help.
The staff are patient and actually taught me how to use the Tims App.
My wife tells me it’s the best French Vanilla anywhere.
The machines are calibrated properly in dispensing the powder.
The coffee is always fresh.
The donuts and desserts are well stocked.
The food is prepared promptly and is delicious.
Everything served with a smile.
