“Its our saturday morning breakfast rountine. Love the food and the staff , are very nice and the wait times for breaky are fast and good food. The prices are excellent , as I am a senior . The portionsize for me is just the right amount..“

“Nice and clean Tim Hortons compared to those in Hamilton but very pricy everything is so expensive a year or 2 before we could get small things for 2.99 like wrap etc but now most stuff cost like $6-9. Prices are gone up. Tims used to be the most affordable but not now except for basic coffee.“

“My favorite drink isn't on the menu over thr winter (strawberry matcha), yet they have all the ingredients to make it. The staff told me it's not on the menu at the moment and therefore cannot make it. Yet when I said I could order a regular matcha and customize it to add the strawberries- that option was not available. I was a bit confused!“

Service was great, from the person who helped me to the person working drivethru who checked quickly to make sure I had been helped, to the person who handed me my bagel. The four people working actually looked like they were enjoying their day, their job and were moving quite efficiently.

The location itself looks small, but from what I could see the items available are no different, it's just not all infront of you like bigger locations.

“Love my Starbucks! My only complaint continues to be that you can't leave the cookies or loaf in the plastic they arrive in the store in. I purchased the gingerbread loaf this morning before 9. Asked if I could have it left in the package. It could not be done. So, I am eating a very dry gingerbread loaf at noon.“

“Always a great experience at this Tim Hortons, and a big reason why is Lynn. She’s consistently friendly and genuinely makes each visit enjoyable. I was away working in another city for a couple of months, and when I came back she noticed right away and asked where I’d been. It was such a small gesture, but it really meant a lot to feel noticed and missed. Customer service like that makes all the difference.“

“So I have to change my review originally this was my favourite Tim’s to visit until my last 2 visits march 10th around 5pm went to get a chicken bacon ranch wrap got told they only had steak . Ok cool thought it was a one off well today march 11 around 5 again get my coffee order a chicken bacon ranch wrap with a side of wedges so I paid walk over wait for my wrap the girl with curly hair comes over says here your wrap we don’t have wedges I said ok now what all she kept saying was “I don’t know” then offered me a donut or a cookie never offered a refund for them I didn’t want to be a problem and just accepted the donut I don’t know what happened but I think it’s time for some adult management on afternoons“

“Went here for the first time today. I was almost disappointed when they said they didn't sell plain Timbits. I had a very excited little dog. Not to worry though, this location does have plain timbits and gives them for free- only for the dogs. I love it! My steeped tea was made to perfection too.“

“I stopped by the Tim Hortons on late at night, and I was really impressed with the service. The Punjabi gentleman working that shift was friendly, fast, and handled everything efficiently even though it was quiet and late. My order was perfect, and the coffee was fresh not something you always get at night! He greeted everyone politely and kept the place clean and welcoming. Great experience overall — definitely one of the better Tim Hortons in town for late-night visits.“
