“Last week my friend and I took a walk to the Hamilton Airport and discovered this lovely new addition. We were greeted by the friendly owner who despite our lack of sufficient funds provided us with two steaming cups of fresh decaf coffee.We also tried a date square which was served hot and was delicious,lots of natural sugar in the dates and not overly sweet like some of the date squares I’ve had at other places. The coffee was tasty and brewed just for us,what a treat...I highly recommend that those who visit the airport drop in and have a taste...support local business!“

“5 Stars for Fernando! I brought in cash, and realized I didn't bring in enough change for the coffee cake, so i ordered a cookie instead. Fernando immediately said he would cover the 15 cent difference I was missing. That is the type of customer service that is hard to find nowadays. Not only going above and beyond, but just being such a pleasant man, and you can tell hard working. You're lucky to have him! Give that man a raise!“

“Got what I ordered, everything in stock. Tims in general need to fix their POS system… staff at all stores don’t know how to ring in the Iced sugar free vanilla protein latte… rang in three different ways at multiple locations… all resulting in different price than on the menu.. had to order in app for easy access. This location though in general is excellent and great when visiting the hospital.“

“This is quite literally the best Tim Hortons that I have visited. They are very consistent the qualities up to par. The Customer Service is amazing. Very friendly people to deal with absolutely amazing service overall best Tim Hortons by far. On another note, The Tim Hortons in AYR Needs serious serious reevaluation. “The service here is exceptional—I came the other day with family, lunch time, and the young lady taking our order was as patient as she was helpful. My 4 year old (Who was very much so acting like a 4 year-old) was taking the LONGEST time to choose from the display, and one of the workers (I meant to get her name, sweet young girl, brown-ish and blondish hair, had to be around 15/18) Came over and suggested one of the donuts, and this was around the time the Ryan Reynolds Donut was being advertised, and I was sure she was going to suggest so, but she asked my 4 year-old what she usually liked and sure enough now we have a “usual order for her” (Sour cream glazed donut 10/10) as opposed to the 20 minute wait time it usually takes for her to pick. She was so patient and kind with us, especially considering english is not our first language, and we got our drinks done fast AND properly which is a rare find in service. Overall a great experience + one of the cleanest Tim’s I have been to (living in Paris/Brantford that is haha). It is apparent that the staff work together to provide good service.“

“Im a regular customer, I also use to work for Tim Hortons in my younger years, so I know protocol and how things run. In this day in age, I have typically lost hope in many locations ive visited, but this location is great! I have never had my order made wrong, I recently started working nights at my job and so I have been going to this tim hortons location for my morning coffee and breakfast, not only is my coffee made to perfection, but my breakfast has been too! Its fresh, made with love(i can taste it in my food) and the customer service over the drive thru pa is great, these ladies/gens are doing a great job and they deserve an applause for their hard work in making sure their customers leave happy and satisfied!
