There are a lot of reviews about inconsistent drinks or wait times, I have had inconsistent drinks before, and yes, sometimes I have had to wait for my drink but that is the nature of Starbucks. They are not handing over drip coffee then pressing cream and sugar on a machine twice... And they are making a ton of these drinks that all have different recipes, all while hustling.“

“Last week my friend and I took a walk to the Hamilton Airport and discovered this lovely new addition. We were greeted by the friendly owner who despite our lack of sufficient funds provided us with two steaming cups of fresh decaf coffee.We also tried a date square which was served hot and was delicious,lots of natural sugar in the dates and not overly sweet like some of the date squares I’ve had at other places. The coffee was tasty and brewed just for us,what a treat...I highly recommend that those who visit the airport drop in and have a taste...support local business!“

Fernando immediately said he would cover the 15 cent difference I was missing. That is the type of customer service that is hard to find nowadays. Not only going above and beyond, but just being such a pleasant man, and you can tell hard working. You're lucky to have him! Give that man a raise!“

I stopped patronising other Tim Horton franchises because the quality has deteriorated and doughnuts are often dry and stale. I just just happened to stop at this location on the way to get gas.“

Tims in general need to fix their POS system… staff at all stores don’t know how to ring in the Iced sugar free vanilla protein latte… rang in three different ways at multiple locations… all resulting in different price than on the menu.. had to order in app for easy access. This location though in general is excellent and great when visiting the hospital.“
