The ladies who work here are the absolute best—always so incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The vibe inside is so cozy and inviting, making it the perfect spot to relax or catch up with friends.

Now, let’s talk about the food and drinks: the pasta salad and pizza is top-notch and a must-try, and their vanilla matcha lattes are hands-down the BEST in town. If you haven't been here yet, you are seriously missing out.

“Im from Kitchener and I come to Cambridge for work. When i was on break me and my team stop by a tim’s and I gotta say for some reason this location’s work make one of the best ice coffee like its really addicting. Not like in Kitchener never get the perfect one. But the only down side about tim hontons ice coffee’s is that the lends are not good cuz when trying to drink it would spill. Hopefully They change the cups and make better. But another then that this was the best place tim’s i have been to 💯“

“This is my favourite Starbucks in Guelph/kichener/Cambridge areas. I will drive out of my way, or past other Starbucks to come to this one because of the customer service. The team is efficient and the taste of their drinks is second to none. It’s very rare for me to have any issues with my order. When I do, there is no hesitation to remake the drink. However, then main reason I go to this specific location is the staff. They are such a welcoming, friendly and skilled set of baristas around and it’s such a good vibe. But a very special shout out to Courtney, who always goes above and beyond to provide the BEST experience. She takes the time to get to know many of us regular customers, she’s always one of the first to welcome folks into the store, and she knows how to make the TASTIEST drinks! She does it all- counter, drive thru, behind the scenes work in the back of the store. I’m so thrilled when I walk in and see her behind the counter. Thank you Courtney, as well as the rest of the pinebush team for creating such a welcoming space to visit and/or work from :)“

The employee working Sunday august 31 at 5pm was very delightful and gave me my go to Boba tea place when visiting Cambridge Waterloo. Update: I went to buy another Smoothie and Iced Tea. Once I finished my first one, I had no choice but to go for round 2.“

“I visited this location this morning while my husband had a day operation. The staff there were is at all so friendly and we had a chatted about nostalgic candy, which was brought up after I was drooling over their beautiful pastry display and asked about the limited time Canadian donut . I even purchased 2 different baked goods because I couldn’t decide on one because they all looked amazing. My coffee was also the best Tim’s coffee I have had in a long time. CMH is lucky to have this wonderful staff to brighten both patients and staffs day.“
