“This Starbucks as a whole is my absolute favourite in the region. Always clean, quite speedy, efficient, and friendly.

As for individual staff members Chelsea and a wonderful gentleman whose name begins with a J (sadly it escapes me) are absolutely delightful. I had a concern on Tuesday and brought it to them and not only did they rectify it immediately, but also assured me that I wasn’t a nuisance.

When I decide to treat myself to Starbucks, this is the location I always choose to visit.“

“When I come into Melville cafe it makes my day! All the workers are so sweet and recommend me amazing options. I ordered the hot and honey pizza and now it’s all I think about!
Also can’t forget the gorgeous view of the grand river. Perfect place to catch up on school work and relax.“

The employee working Sunday august 31 at 5pm was very delightful and gave me my go to Boba tea place when visiting Cambridge Waterloo. Update: I went to buy another Smoothie and Iced Tea. Once I finished my first one, I had no choice but to go for round 2.“

“I visited this location this morning while my husband had a day operation. The staff there were is at all so friendly and we had a chatted about nostalgic candy, which was brought up after I was drooling over their beautiful pastry display and asked about the limited time Canadian donut . I even purchased 2 different baked goods because I couldn’t decide on one because they all looked amazing. My coffee was also the best Tim’s coffee I have had in a long time. CMH is lucky to have this wonderful staff to brighten both patients and staffs day.“

“I was very pleased with my bagel this morning. It was toasted and buttered to perfection.
I am very pleased.
I know it is just a bagel but most don't toast properly this one was perfect.
I used the drive thru, service was quick however the lady at the Winfield seemed a bit of a Debbie downer but very pleased with the food today.
I even put in a call to the store to let them know as well.
As I don't think the workers in these establishments get recognized enough.“

“I would like to say how happy I am with the service at your store. The baker Karen, is the most sweetest, caring person. She is always very friendly and happy with me. She knows how to make someone feel special. I had even told her about it being someone’s birthday, when I ordered 2 dozen donuts and she wrote on the box - - - happy birthday to that person. Then when it was my son’s birthday, she made him feel special and said happy birthday to him and made him a special donut for his 30th birthday. I would just like to say that, you are very lucky to have such a friendly, happy, hard working person like Karen working there. I look forward to ordering more donuts and seeing Karen’s smiley face in the morning when I pick them up. Thank you Karen for always making the start of my day so pleasant.“

“The staff is friendly and fast. Their food is usually pretty good and fresh. I did notice every other breakfast sandwich I order has egg shells in it.😕 🤢 maybe if you crack the eggs into a bowl to ensure there’s no egg shells before you cook it will help.“
