She is the sweetest, the most kind, efficient and just an all-around lovely human being in general. She's just lovely. She's a young lady, she's black and she's fantastic and I want to be her friend because I like her so much and she's the reason I keep going back everyday. She needs a raise or a promotion. “Really good cafe in Cambridge!! The food was good, the service was kind and fast. The space is kinda big and you can sit there for hours and don’t even notice. There is a view for the river there as well.
Is located almost inside the University Building!“

“I want to say thank you to ALL of the staff at this location. I've been coming in a few times a week for the last month and a half and spending a few hours here each time as I workon my first book, and each and every time I am treated with the utmost kindness and respect. The staff are all so friendly, always have a smile on, and are so much fun to talk to (cheers to the peeps I have talked about Twilight and Stickers with, as well as those who ask me how my book is going. I also hardcore appreciate that they always give me extra hot water for my tea and that they know me well enough now to know what I typically order. The vibes here are just so pleasant, it's not too loud, theres lots of comfy seating, and the bathrooms are always immaculately clean. I am just very thankful for all of you and the continued kindness; coming here is the highlight of my week!“

“This is the best Boba tea place of all time. Hands down most flavorful and will make your mouth start watering. The employee working Sunday august 31 at 5pm was very delightful and gave me my go to Boba tea place when visiting Cambridge Waterloo. Update: I went to buy another Smoothie and Iced Tea. Once I finished my first one, I had no choice but to go for round 2.“

“I visited this location this morning while my husband had a day operation. The staff there were is at all so friendly and we had a chatted about nostalgic candy, which was brought up after I was drooling over their beautiful pastry display and asked about the limited time Canadian donut . I even purchased 2 different baked goods because I couldn’t decide on one because they all looked amazing. My coffee was also the best Tim’s coffee I have had in a long time. CMH is lucky to have this wonderful staff to brighten both patients and staffs day.“

“I was very pleased with my bagel this morning. It was toasted and buttered to perfection.
I am very pleased.
I know it is just a bagel but most don't toast properly this one was perfect.
I used the drive thru, service was quick however the lady at the Winfield seemed a bit of a Debbie downer but very pleased with the food today.
I even put in a call to the store to let them know as well.
As I don't think the workers in these establishments get recognized enough.“

“I would like to say how happy I am with the service at your store. The baker Karen, is the most sweetest, caring person. She is always very friendly and happy with me. She knows how to make someone feel special. I had even told her about it being someone’s birthday, when I ordered 2 dozen donuts and she wrote on the box - - - happy birthday to that person. Then when it was my son’s birthday, she made him feel special and said happy birthday to him and made him a special donut for his 30th birthday. I would just like to say that, you are very lucky to have such a friendly, happy, hard working person like Karen working there. I look forward to ordering more donuts and seeing Karen’s smiley face in the morning when I pick them up. Thank you Karen for always making the start of my day so pleasant.“

“The staff is friendly and fast. Their food is usually pretty good and fresh. I did notice every other breakfast sandwich I order has egg shells in it.😕 🤢 maybe if you crack the eggs into a bowl to ensure there’s no egg shells before you cook it will help.“
