“Last week my friend and I took a walk to the Hamilton Airport and discovered this lovely new addition. We were greeted by the friendly owner who despite our lack of sufficient funds provided us with two steaming cups of fresh decaf coffee.We also tried a date square which was served hot and was delicious,lots of natural sugar in the dates and not overly sweet like some of the date squares I’ve had at other places. The coffee was tasty and brewed just for us,what a treat...I highly recommend that those who visit the airport drop in and have a taste...support local business!“

“This is quite literally the best Tim Hortons that I have visited. They are very consistent the qualities up to par. The Customer Service is amazing. Very friendly people to deal with absolutely amazing service overall best Tim Hortons by far. On another note, The Tim Hortons in AYR Needs serious serious reevaluation. I have people there deliberately sabotaging my meal for whatever reason may be I’ve given numerous chances for a two-year period and most times my order has been messed up. “The service here is exceptional—I came the other day with family, lunch time, and the young lady taking our order was as patient as she was helpful. My 4 year old (Who was very much so acting like a 4 year-old) was taking the LONGEST time to choose from the display, and one of the workers (I meant to get her name, sweet young girl, brown-ish and blondish hair, had to be around 15/18) Came over and suggested one of the donuts, and this was around the time the Ryan Reynolds Donut was being advertised, and I was sure she was going to suggest so, but she asked my 4 year-old what she usually liked and sure enough now we have a “usual order for her” (Sour cream glazed donut 10/10) as opposed to the 20 minute wait time it usually takes for her to pick. She was so patient and kind with us, especially considering english is not our first language, and we got our drinks done fast AND properly which is a rare find in service. Overall a great experience + one of the cleanest Tim’s I have been to (living in Paris/Brantford that is haha). It is apparent that the staff work together to provide good service.“
