“its a harveys. they make the burgers the way you want it.. fries cooked well....onion rings were a lil overcooked...just the way i like them...however.. there was a power failure in town and this place was one of the few with power... huge lineup... the crew was working their butts off...and still smiking at custoners...kudos to you guys... awesome to see a young crew with such as amazing attitude..sure hope.management sees this and guves you all a pat on the back..“

“This is quite literally the best Tim Hortons that I have visited. They are very consistent the qualities up to par. The Customer Service is amazing. Very friendly people to deal with absolutely amazing service overall best Tim Hortons by far. On another note, The Tim Hortons in AYR Needs serious serious reevaluation. I have people there deliberately sabotaging my meal for whatever reason may be I’ve given numerous chances for a two-year period and most times my order has been messed up. “This is the best McDonald’s I’ve been to in a long time ! The food was hot and fresh. We had modifications to our order and it came out perfect just as we ordered it. Tina whom I believe was the store manager was very helpful and friendly. The children can colour on large sheets of paper and afterward can post it on the wall !

“There was a mixup in one item in our order. But they gladly replaced the item that wasn't correct. One lady took responsibility, said it was her fault. Gave me a replacement and the incorrect one to take home for someone else to eat rather than throwing it in the garbage. Which was great, I hate waste. They also gave us 2 free apples pies as an apology. They were wonderful!“
