Never been inside, only ever use the drive though. But every-time we place a mobile order minutes in advance, the food is never ready when we get there. We are told to pull around the building and wait, like you had 5 minutes to make 1 order of chicken nuggets, how are they not ready? I don’t understand. This never happened at the previous Paris location, only at this new one.
This location has to be one of the worst ones. No matter what time, or what you order, your always asked to pull into the reserved waiting spots. I was one of two vehicles here, and ordered two sausage & eggs breakfast sandwiches, and had to wait 5 mins. And this is every day. I've been to other locations where they were practically hanging out the window with your order. Lol.

Awesome people working there.. but they absolutely REFUSE to throw out old burgers (several hours old) and always serve cold, gross fries even if requested fresh (and after a 10 minute wait.) If you request extra stuff on a burger, they just put the receipt on an old burger and serve it to you while charging you extra. Very gross food for such nice people working there. Wait times for cold and old food is brutal though. Impossible to get fresh warm food ever since the new location.
