“I recently visited Wendy’s and, while I enjoyed my experience overall, I was disappointed by the lack of vegan/vegetarian options on the menu. As someone who follows a plant-based diet, I was hoping to find more suitable choices, but unfortunately, the options were very limited. It would be great if Wendy’s could introduce more plant-based meals, especially given the growing number of people looking for healthier, more sustainable food choices.

That said, I do love the variety of drinks Wendy’s offers. Whether it's their refreshing lemonades or iced teas, the beverage selection is always spot on, and it’s one of the reasons I still stop by. The quality and taste of the drinks are consistently great, and they’re a perfect complement to any meal.

I believe Wendy’s has an opportunity to attract more customers by adding a few well-thought-out vegan or vegetarian items to their menu. It would not only appeal to those who are vegetarian or vegan but also to people looking to incorporate more plant-based options into their diets. “I was impressed by the great customer service and carefully prepared food. I've visited many different locations, the Woodstock one is top notch. Fresh food, dressed neatly and with exactly what I want. It was very clean, in all areas, including washrooms. Harveys will now be our go to, when we're in Woodstock.“

“This is a new and modern Wendy's, complete with the kiosk ordering system, Coke Freestyle, tables with power (three prong and USB) outlets and a decently speedy wifi. Lots of comfortable seating and this ended up being dinner and a hangout for a couple of hours. I wasn't the only person doing so - two other tables had laptops out while I was here.

I went a la carte tonight with a junior cheeseburger, fries, and a drink. Fries were a touch underdone but hot. Burger had all the right toppings. Coke machine worked great and I drank a lot of cold lemonade!

The large dining room was clean, the huge parking lot was decently lit with no litter. A positive experience.

“I visited with a group of 10 of us and the lady behind the counter was extremely helpful and nice. She was able to help save money by ordering combos instead of individual. The food was also good. I would come back just based off the customer service alone. not that many people care these days but she did.“

“My husband went to drive thru last night around 9:44 pm, he ordered 10 Nuggets with ghost ranch sauce and 2 chicken jr and specifically he asked for fresh nuggets and fresh sandwiches but when we came at the window there was a girl. She gave us our order within 2 minutes, my husband asked is this fresh order?? She said yes but when we opened the bag the whole food was stale not fresh. It was disappointing for us. We asked for fresh food but we got stale food. Even though she gave us ranch sauce instead of ghost ranch sauce. It was a bad experience for us.“

“Excellent customer service, friendly and fast. The restaurant was clean and the "Firehouse" aesthetics were nice.My only complaint is the way they make your sub. they fold the meat in half creating a 1.5 inch meat layer (that only covers 2/3 of your bun) and then place their chopped veggies on top. As soon as you bite, all your toppings fall out the sides and you get a mouthful of meat and bread (or just bread depending on how much of the sub you can fit in your mouth)The flavour was good though. It probably would have been better if the veggies were in my mouth and not in the box or down the front of me.“
