“I don’t know his name, I don’t even really remember his face, but I can tell you there is one young man at A&W in Woodstock that put every other customer service worker on high alert. This guy was super friendly taking our order late at night. My family and I live in Japan, so we rarely get to savour the delicious offerings that A&W provides, but he walked us through the menu in great detail.

He asked us to park because we ordered chicken, then he ran faster than Usain Bolt to bring our food to the car when it was ready. And just when we thought our precious time together was over, he came running back to the car to warn us that the chicken burger was extra hot and fresh. The top of my mouth still thanks him to this day.

“I had a problem with my order thru Uber,,, not sure if I was at fault or the app was at fault,,, but I didn’t get what I ordered,.. I called the store and explained to a worker who wasn’t much help,,.after hanging up I received a call from the owner,,, he was an amazing human being,,he didn’t have too call back and make it right,,,not many ppl would do what this man did,,,,very classy and a stand up man,,, I wish you nothing but the best,. and recommend this spot to everyone,,, food was fresh and delicious,,,, very well done“

“We love the new breakfast sandwiches but first time trying potato wedges and they were excellent! Potato wedges had really nice flavour, not salty and a great bite to them.
