“I had an issue where I was charged for an online order I never received. The manager was very fast to sort out the issue for me once Uber customer care refused to assist.

Also this place gets bonus points for being the only eatery you could smoke inside of for 6 months after the Ontario Smoking Ban back around 2005/2006.“

I have the biggest, goofiest smile on my face right now as I’m writing this. I’m currently on a dietary restriction because of inflammation and decided to go to Harvey’s as I really enjoy their food and I know their burgers have nothing in them that I can’t have, as I’m waiting for my burger, one of the employees (owner? Manager?, I unfortunately didn’t have time to look at the name tag) noticed that I brought in my own bun and offered to wrap it herself, taking my restrictions into account + acknowledging that she knew it was for a health reason, was patient with the ever crumbly-ness of gluten free burgers — such a small act of kindness but I have not stopped smiling since. This woman clearly understands dietary restrictions and is respectful to them.

I hope whoever this woman is reads this review, and just know that you’ve not only made me very happy but earned yourself a returning customer.“
