Great staff, but this nonsense about ordering at the drive thru and then go sit at the curbside pick up till the meal is ready is bull
I get we’re all trying to get the drive thru time down but this is bullshit
It looks great because we’re all sitting out front waiting , so it doesn’t reflect the drive thru timing at all , not happy

We were greeted by Kristen upon entering Harvey’s. She was very professional & personable. I would say she was delightful! This young woman is a true asset to your company brand and I hope you acknowledge her worth. Kristen shared info on latest promotion, engaged in polite conversation while completing her chores. I overheard her calm reassuring tone as she assisted a fellow employee. She brought a wonderful “energy” to the atmosphere! Well done girl!
I’ve always enjoyed coming to Harvey’s. The food is consistently fresh and delicious, and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. I especially love being able to customize my burger exactly the way I like it. It’s become one of those places I’m happy to come back to whenever I’m craving a good burger and fries.
