From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, welcoming, and had a great attitude despite how busy things were. She worked efficiently, stayed professional, and made sure customers were taken care of with a smile. What impressed me most was how confident and knowledgeable she was when taking orders. She did an amazing job suggesting upgrades, add-ons, and meal options, making sure customers knew about all the available choices without ever sounding pushy. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about her job, the customer experience, and helping the restaurant succeed. Employees like Tori are hard to find, and she made my visit memorable.
