“Fantastic meal and service. My husband and I had our best restaurant meal ever last night. Started with flavourful bruschetta bread and melt in your mouth main course meals (salmon and beef short ribs). Finished with moist carrot cake. The presentation of the meals were elegant and the service was friendly and attentive. 5+ out of 5. Will be back again!“

“Went here for dinner with a friend. We didn’t even have to ask them for a refill on coals, new coals without asking! I’ve visited many sheesha places where I’ve had to wait super long for the coal to be replaced! Their double apple flavour is a must try!
For food we got the calamari, chicken tacos and chicken club sandwich - all of which were delicious!

“Harvey's has become a worthy competitor to the McDonald's down the street. Decent prices (many coupons on the app), great food, and fast/friendly service! Their milkshakes are great too.

“It's not often you get blown away from a drive-thru interaction. Recently, we experienced an amazing customer service episode with a young gentleman named Sathvik. He welcomed us by asking, "how has your day been so far?". Great eye contact, genuine smile and attentiveness. He even sensed our uncertainty on whether we wanted any sauces with our order which we finally said 'no' too and when he came back with our order bag, he stated "I threw in a couple in case you change your minds". We frequent the Clair Road location regularly and are always impressed with the level of service from the staff. It is a testament to the quality of training from their management and ownership. “Very nice and clean place. Owner/ employees are so gentle and considerate.
We ordered veggie burger, let me tell you one thing it is The BEST Veggie tasty burger we had on any Canadian Chain store. And I am sure non veg burger are also delicious. They made fresh burger not the frozen warmed it up, veggies were fresh and nicely cut, no bad smell etc etc. Even though I used coupon they made effort to make fresh and tasty. Good luck to you both. ??

“My best friend (of 35 years) and myself always go to Swiss Chalet when I visit her in Guelph (I come,in from Burlington) We go there for our "usual and favourite lunch. We always ask for our cherished server "Katherine". She has a smile on her face no matter what!..she is polite, courteous, friendly and always knows what we want and what we need.
Love to go here just for a viisit with her.
Food is great, service is fast...just a Fantabulous place to eat!“
