“This thai express location was by far the best I have visited. It is located in the mall but that doesn’t take away from the warm atmosphere present in the establishment. I was greeted with a smile and was provided with warm and inviting service. The service was quick and I got my food freshly made in no time. I will be returning.”

“My husband orders the meat lovers breakfast from Stacked quite often. It's his favorite. For his birthday I ordered it for him, along with a birthday pancake, and a fruit bowl for myself. I attached a note to the order mentioning it was for his birthday breakfast and if there was anything that could be done to make this breakfast order different or special. I thought a happy birthday note on the packaging, something. Not only was there nothing special, which ok fine, but the fruit bowl I ordered for myself was missing, and the birthday pancake had a pathetic drizzle of icing.UPDATE: After posting my review, the owner Sunny reached out to me immediately and offered actionable steps to improve my experience. Sunny was polite and understanding, which is really appreciated. He spoke with the staff about my disappointment and missing item so it won't happen to another customer. Based on Sunny's helpful and friendly response I've changed my rating to a 5.”

Simran on cash was great. Establishment was clean, staff wiping tables. Great diversity in employees. I would like to have my burger cooked fresh, not just warmed up from the warming drawer. I will ask for my burger to be fully cooked while I wait. Also the water from the pop area tasted strongly of bleach, enough that I couldn't drink it. Would return.”

“Honestly I wasn't sure what to expect but this is a new fave for me! Number one the service was absolutely fantastic!!! Both ordering at the counter and even bringing me my food and checking in on me after. The staff were all super sweet! Especially Kithul! :)Also the food is sooooo yummy. I got the chicken teriyaki Bento box with California roll (which is not always my fave but this one is GOOD) and tempura shrimp! The chicken teriyaki itself is delicious, I love the sauce!I also got the brown sugar bubble tea which is great too :)Thanks so much! Will be back for sure :)”

“Was there today for my mom‘s 86th birthday lunch and with 12 people we had absolutely no complaints whatsoever. As a surprise, we ended up in the private room and it was perfect. It was beautiful when the restaurant clapped after happy birthday was sung.Rhianna did an amazing job keeping us with drink in hand and great food to be enjoyed. However, I’ve heard from many die-hard coffee lovers that it’s amazing. While I wasn’t the biggest fan of the matcha (once again because I love sweet drinks and their matcha is high grade and unsweetened) but the hot chocolate… decadent! Recently tried their mocha, and loved it! I’ll never get over the adorable pottery the drinks are served in. I’m this close to buying my own.”

Red Rock is the exception. And exceptional it is!Food - I was blown away by the grilled cheese and pesto sandwich. I think it's only $7 as well which is nuts 'cause it's more than enough for lunch. They asked if I wanted their homemade ketchup. Now ketchup and grilled cheese don't go hand-in-hand for me, but I have a twenty letter word that describes how good it is: ddddaaaaaammmmmmnnnn. It's incredible and pairs with the sandwich quite well.Atmosphere - Huge. This place is huge and there's tons of room for small groups, students to work, or writers like myself. Also a lot of comfy seating or normal wooden seat seating. Music isn't blaring so you can focus and due to the spaciousness, kids aren't echoing all over the place, distracting you. So fantastic.Staff - Friendly, personable, quick and attention to detail. Don't know what else to say. Tip them at least 20%. They are as good as Barista's go.Conclusion - This is going to be my go-to spot here in Guelph. I'm not from here, but I'll go out of my way to do some writing here thanks to Red Rock's existence.”

I ordered the pork and my partner ordered the daily fish feature, which was halibut. Flavourful and nice presentation.Service was prompt and attentive. We've been served by the same gentleman at their other location, and he was professional and pleasant, as always.Decor and atmosphere was also nice, if slightly too bright. That might just be me, though -- and I also realize it's an open kitchen and bar, so it's likely for the staff to be able to get through service safely.Thank you! Neither of us have been to this establishment before and within 20 minutes were told we were being rude. I did not realize that using manners and asking for my drink was being rude. Even all the other patrons could not understand what I had done. I found this to be VERY offensive to both me and my wife. Don't judge people by how others act, especially for a patrons first visit. “The visit was great and I was glad we went to the afternoon seating as the food was filling. All the courses were tasty and presented very nice. I enjoyed the table shows before each course. The only thought, the reduction used on the chicken dish tasted the same as the one used on my steak. I would have preferred a different flavour for each. We enjoyed the experience and would recommend. Our dinner was a gift from our daughter. I must admit when I first walked in from the street the front seating had me a little worried, but behind the curtain was lovely.”

“My husband orders the meat lovers breakfast from Stacked quite often. It's his favorite. For his birthday I ordered it for him, along with a birthday pancake, and a fruit bowl for myself. I attached a note to the order mentioning it was for his birthday breakfast and if there was anything that could be done to make this breakfast order different or special. I thought a happy birthday note on the packaging, something. Not only was there nothing special, which ok fine, but the fruit bowl I ordered for myself was missing, and the birthday pancake had a pathetic drizzle of icing.UPDATE: After posting my review, the owner Sunny reached out to me immediately and offered actionable steps to improve my experience. Sunny was polite and understanding, which is really appreciated. He spoke with the staff about my disappointment and missing item so it won't happen to another customer. Based on Sunny's helpful and friendly response I've changed my rating to a 5.”

“Was greeted upon arrival and startled to realize the gentleman was speaking to me and my family. Service was great,with Kousik actually bringing our tray with us to our seats. Simran on cash was great. Establishment was clean, staff wiping tables. Great diversity in employees. I would like to have my burger cooked fresh, not just warmed up from the warming drawer. I will ask for my burger to be fully cooked while I wait. Also the water from the pop area tasted strongly of bleach, enough that I couldn't drink it. Would return.”

When asked for extra channa to finish my food, the attendant informed me it would cost extra (which is ok) but charged me more than half the cost of a full plate for a small bowl of channa.Secondly, the prices on their online menu are different from the actual price they charged.”

Both ordering at the counter and even bringing me my food and checking in on me after. The staff were all super sweet! Especially Kithul! :)Also the food is sooooo yummy. I got the chicken teriyaki Bento box with California roll (which is not always my fave but this one is GOOD) and tempura shrimp!
