Super friendly staff who always remember my order! I never leave here in a bad mood :)
Great staff, mediocre food.
Service was slow and they got the order wrong. They were polite in correcting the issue.
As an aside, the app is a complete pain to use and makes it even more of a pain to use more than one offer. Companies don't realize that these experiences just make it so customers won't return.

A&W Canada is known for its excellent customer service, with friendly and cheerful staff. The restaurant offers good food, a clean and organized environment, and goes above and beyond, such as providing a free large root beer. Customers have enjoyed the fresh and well-made teen burger, as well as the deliciously made and different Masala Veggie Burger. The Red Rose tea is also a hit. The team at A&W puts care into what they serve, with perfectly cooked patties, the right blend of spices, and fresh toppings. The front-line employees provide friendly and attentive service, creating a pleasant dining experience for all.
