“I was intrigued by the Ghost Pepper sauce but didn't want to commit to putting it on my burger! I asked if I could try a sample of the sauce. The manager working, Angela, not only gave me a sample test but a fry to dip it in! They continued to talk with me and I committed to the sauce on my burger!

“i was looking for a good vegetarian snack and looked online and saw the restaurant had a vegetarian platter so decided to try it out.

The veggie platter had cucumbers, crostini, and tortilla chips with guacamole, spinach hummus and vegan queso. the guacamole and hummus was really good while the vegan queso tasted more like salsa versus queso. the chips also came out of a bag and would’ve been better if they were fresh. the crostini were alright with nice portion size but a little less fresh.

“Staff and the general vibes are always great, most of the food is good, and most prices are reasonable. They are licensed with some good drink options, and always have the best coffee.

I do miss the older version of the chicken tikka masala though. It used to be shredded chicken rather than slices with grill marks (you know the pre-cooked, processed-looking stuff? Not saying it is, but it looks like it), and I don't remember so many chunks of almost raw tomato. It's been awhile, so not sure when this dish changed!

“I had a great experience at Osmow’s! The food was fresh, flavorful, and prepared perfectly. The service was friendly and efficient, making the whole visit enjoyable.

I also tried their lemonade and hibiscus drink, and both were absolutely fantastic.

I do honestly believe that the negative reviews I have seen are for a different restaurant. This place is a gem. The negative experiences I feel say more about the reviewer - not the restaurant; it's staff or quality of product. They are so easy to heat up in a bowl. The Kaizen Warrior is my favourite. I also like the spicy chicken one the most.“
