The employee working Sunday august 31 at 5pm was very delightful and gave me my go to Boba tea place when visiting Cambridge Waterloo. Update: I went to buy another Smoothie and Iced Tea. “This was our first time at Del's and definitely won't be our last. The service was so great, our server, Lily, was so friendly and attentive. We ordered the family dinner for 4 and wow, it was outstanding. It started with a flower pot of freshly baked bread with two spreads, cinnamon butter and garlic butter, it was so good. Up next, we chose the arancini balls and they were so cheesy and perfect. We also chose the Caesar salad, it was so fresh and delicious. We also chose the pepperoni pizza and Tetrazzini with chicken - the pizza was perfect but the Tetrazzini was the most delicious pasta we have ever had. We ended it with the most decadent brownies, they were so, so good. It was $69.99 for everything (our drinks were extra) we have leftovers for tonight. It was such a great deal and we will definitely be getting it again.“

“I just want to say Thank-you to the staff at Lazeez for helping a stranded woman in the parking lot at their Stone Road location. My car battery died,. 3 very kind gentleman from Laxeez came out to offer help. They hooked up my battery to their car for a boost. Unfortunately, my battery was done. My son arrived with a replacement.
Please understand, I did not go in the store asking for help. THEY saw my hood up and came out to offer any assistance they could provide.
The 3 young gentleman came out to the parking lot to help a frustrated woman they did not know. This is customer service far beyond their job description! To me, their actions truly shows human empathy and kindness far exceeding the norm.

“If I could share the smell of this yellow curry I would. I have been going to this restaurant for over 15 years. The service is always top tier, always prepared fresh, always 15 mins.

I do honestly believe that the negative reviews I have seen are for a different restaurant. This place is a gem. The negative experiences I feel say more about the reviewer - not the restaurant; it's staff or quality of product. Furthermore I won't say they curate the quality to the patron.. but maybe bringing a good kind attitude unlocks the magic here. While disdain and pompous, rude,pessimism are punished 😏“
