Reasonably good tea service. The sweets were good, but the sandwiches were on the plain side although they did taste good. Fruit on the plate was nice but the pineapple slices were going off. Priced fair. Nice indoor room, good service.
The Boathouse is such an idyllic, quaint spot for afternoon tea. You can really feel the history of the building, and the riverside setting makes it especially charming.

The high tea had a nice mix of sandwiches, fresh scones with jam and cream, fruit and desserts. The tea selection was interesting, and the hostess and servers were friendly and efficient even though it was busy.
