The gentleman serving the ice-cream today let my puppy into the store because it was hot outside, and then he offered us a pup cone, which was totally unexpected but certainly appreciated. Also, their prices are much lower than other places, and they don't charge extra for waffle cones. If you are a dog parent and you like Kawartha ice-cream, don't hesitate to come here.“

“The ice cream is amazing but something has changed this year. Twice I’ve gone and either the dipping chocolate has changed or the staff don’t have the right training. The chocolate is so thin on it that ice cream is everywhere before you’ve even taken your first bite.“

“The fergus location is the best! We have been to both Fergus and Guelph. Our girls love the Fergus location. The man that is always there when we bring our girls to get their Sweet Tea fix is absolutely amazing, so friendly and super kind to our girls. They have been going frequently and just love how nice and friendly he is. Our youngest has been insisting on using her own money to buy stuff there and LOVES giving him tips! Every day she asks if we can go there. “I've lived in Guelph since 1990 and never really knew about this cute and lovely tea room. Highly recommend. Not a huge menu which I like. Lots of different teas, high tea is offered. Atmosphere is homey and has beautiful dishwear. Very laid back. Views are beautiful.“

Special shout out to Riley who went through everything a first timer needs to know with such patience and care. Her recommendations were excellent! I even got a free 6 pack as today is my birthday!
