The gentleman serving the ice-cream today let my puppy into the store because it was hot outside, and then he offered us a pup cone, which was totally unexpected but certainly appreciated. Also, their prices are much lower than other places, and they don't charge extra for waffle cones. If you are a dog parent and you like Kawartha ice-cream, don't hesitate to come here.“

“This is a chocolate world. Name a type of chocolate and most probably they will have it. Dipped cones are awesome and full of covered with chocolate. Staff is nice and happy. You'll love to interact witht hem while they make your order.
Sizes are enormous, so order carefully or you'll end up eating that chocolate dipped cone all night long.😅“

“The fergus location is the best! We have been to both Fergus and Guelph. Our girls love the Fergus location. The man that is always there when we bring our girls to get their Sweet Tea fix is absolutely amazing, so friendly and super kind to our girls. They have been going frequently and just love how nice and friendly he is. Our youngest has been insisting on using her own money to buy stuff there and LOVES giving him tips! Every day she asks if we can go there. Thank you Fergus location (only man we have seen every time we go,Wish I knew your name) for being so kind and patient with our Littles when they come to purchase their own Sweet tea❤ Thank you very much! “Went to Mr. Puffs (Dougall Ave., Windsor) for the first time tonight after dinner after hearing so many great reviews.They were all correct! What a gem this place is! The desserts are incredible! Special shout out to Riley who went through everything a first timer needs to know with such patience and care. Her recommendations were excellent! I even got a free 6 pack as today is my birthday! I stopped by D Spot in Guelph and had such a great experience, thanks to Jas! She was so kind, friendly, and welcoming — her attitude really made my visit stand out. You can tell she truly cares about making customers happy.

And the ice cream? Absolutely delicious! It was creamy, rich, and full of flavour — hands down some of the best I’ve ever had. Everything looked amazing, and the taste did not disappoint.

Even though it was my first time there, I’ll definitely be coming back. Big shoutout to Jas and the D Spot team for making it such a great experience! 🍨✨“

“Always a great experience at this location! Staff are always friendly and smiling. Today I tried the new Skor and Brownie Caramel/Fudge sundae and WOW was it amazing! The warm brownie (HUGE chunks!) with warm sauces made this the best DQ sundae I've ever had! And a big shout out to the smiling and very pleasant Harman, who made my sundae so amazing!
