“The fergus location is the best! We have been to both Fergus and Guelph. Our girls love the Fergus location. The man that is always there when we bring our girls to get their Sweet Tea fix is absolutely amazing, so friendly and super kind to our girls. They have been going frequently and just love how nice and friendly he is. Our youngest has been insisting on using her own money to buy stuff there and LOVES giving him tips! Every day she asks if we can go there. Thank you Fergus location (only man we have seen every time we go,Wish I knew your name) for being so kind and patient with our Littles when they come to purchase their own Sweet tea❤ Thank you very much! From your regular 2 girls!! 😊“

“Impeccable customer service! The gentleman serving the ice-cream today let my puppy into the store because it was hot outside, and then he offered us a pup cone, which was totally unexpected but certainly appreciated. Also, their prices are much lower than other places, and they don't charge extra for waffle cones. If you are a dog parent and you like Kawartha ice-cream, don't hesitate to come here.“

“Stopped by Chocolats Favoris for some ice cream. The ice cream and real chocolate shell coatings are undeniably rich and tasty! The store design and ambiance are super cool, though the prices feel a bit steep for a quick treat. Overall, great quality if you don't mind spending a little extra.“

“The Boathouse is such an idyllic, quaint spot for afternoon tea. You can really feel the history of the building, and the riverside setting makes it especially charming.

The high tea had a nice mix of sandwiches, fresh scones with jam and cream, fruit and desserts. The tea selection was interesting, and the hostess and servers were friendly and efficient even though it was busy.

A few small things could improve the experience: the cups and teapots were a bit small, my tower was slightly slanted 🤭, and I wish each person could try two tea flavours instead of just one. The A/C also didn’t seem to circulate very well. Opening the doors would do a cross ventilation situation which means the AC doesn't need to be on 🙂 Compared with hotel afternoon teas in Toronto, though, this felt like a much more affordable and approachable experience.“

“Went to Mr. Puffs (Dougall Ave., Windsor) for the first time tonight after dinner after hearing so many great reviews.They were all correct! What a gem this place is! The desserts are incredible! Special shout out to Riley who went through everything a first timer needs to know with such patience and care. Her recommendations were excellent! I even got a free 6 pack as today is my birthday!
