“Lived in btown for so long have been spending my $ at Dq, uuuhhhh no sir not n e more, found out about yall from a young lady on tic toc about a month ago. Such a cute spot good prices and amazing taste. Being a caribbean girlie u dont find grapenut n e where besides in the tubs at some stores, and it dosent taste the same. They have delicious authentic Grapenut, and Rum n Raisin ice creeaammm.. yayyy.. My lil treat to myself every weekend. Their flavors are amazing. Customer Service always served with a smile, lines look long when you come thru the door but it moves smoothly and fast. Try them out,you wont be disappointed at all. “After living in Milton for nearly 10 years, I can’t believe this was my first time visiting Jay’s Ice Cream. Safe to say, I should have come here much sooner!

The ice cream was absolutely delicious. It was rich, creamy, and the perfect treat on a hot summer day. It cooled me down instantly, and honestly, it tasted so good that I finished it before I even realized it. Sorry for the bad photo. I couldn’t wait to dig in!

One thing that really stood out was the selection. There are so many flavours to choose from that it was difficult to decide. The prices were also very reasonable, especially considering the quality and portion sizes.

Be prepared for a lineup because this place is popular, especially during the summer. The wait is definitely worth it. The owner and staff were friendly, welcoming, and kept things moving despite how busy it was.

It’s always nice to support a local small business that’s been part of the community for years. If you’re in Milton and haven’t been to Jay’s Ice Cream yet, do yourself a favour and stop by. I’ll definitely be back to try more flavours!“

“Great spot tucked in the corner of the Metro plaza at Derry and Winston Churchill. They have delicious shakes that are big enough to be a meal! Loved the Tuxedo Royale one with the slice of tuxedo cake on top and the Feels Berry Good which is made with real strawberries and blueberries. They use a generous amount of ice cream to make their milkshakes. They also sell Kawartha ice cream here. They share the space with Dosa Eatery so you can start with something savoury and finish with a sweet treat.“

“I came here on Sunday with my mother and kids, this location is very clean and organized compared to the Glen Erin Yogurty’s. We were served by a pretty girl working at the counter by the name Hiza. She gave us exceptional service with free samples for my kids! We felt welcomed and satisfied :)“

“I had a fantastic experience at Baskin Robbins Last Tuesday afternoon , thanks to two particular employees (not sure of the names but one of them had long dirty blonde hair and the other had long brown). I do not usually expect young working teens to have such polite and respectful manners but two of the teens absolutely changed that perspective I held. They were incredibly friendly and efficient. Despite the shop being a little busy, they took the time to make sure my order was perfect and even offered a suggestion for a new flavour to try. Their positive attitudes and excellent customer service skills really stood out. 10/10 ice cream as well!“

“Great experience at Dairy Queen! The staff was friendly and service was quick. They have an awesome 50% off promo on cakes every Monday and Tuesday in December, which is a great deal for the holiday season. The cakes were fresh and delicious as always. Definitely worth stopping by, especially during this promo!“

“I got 2 bowls the ahi tuna and Oaxaca with steak(spelling?) My husband and I were actually pleasantly surprised fresh ingredients and the delicious sauces. Staff was nice in helping me order since I've never been before.

The other comments below saying they rather go to quesada or subways is a joker. Quesda down the road has rude staff and they do no have good fresh ingredients. The prices are almost the same too. Freshii also accepts gift cards unlike quesada.“
