“I love love coming here for the twist cone! It is so creamy, milky & delicious. It is a cute little spot for a cold treat and the service is so friendly. The prices are very reasonable and they are generous with the quantity. There are a couple tables and chairs out front and benches along the street. I imagine it is a very popular hang out in the summer evenings. Lots of different flavours to choose from; there is something for everyone! Soft serve options, ice cream and gelato!“

“I had a fantastic experience at Baskin Robbins Last Tuesday afternoon , thanks to two particular employees (not sure of the names but one of them had long dirty blonde hair and the other had long brown). I do not usually expect young working teens to have such polite and respectful manners but two of the teens absolutely changed that perspective I held. They were incredibly friendly and efficient. Despite the shop being a little busy, they took the time to make sure my order was perfect and even offered a suggestion for a new flavour to try. Their positive attitudes and excellent customer service skills really stood out. 10/10 ice cream as well!“

Without hesitation, Savi noticed I was in trouble and got me ice cream on the spot to get some sugar into my system. That quick thinking and genuine care likely kept me from blacking out.

She didn’t have to go out of her way like that, but she did anyway — no questions asked, no fuss about the wallet, just real concern for another person’s wellbeing. “My husband and I regularly visit this ice cream parlour, and we usually go for the strawberry cheesecake flavour as it’s his favourite. We’ve never been disappointed—the cheesecakes are always fresh and the ice cream quality is consistently excellent.
The ambience is very pleasant, and the place always feels well-maintained and up and running. I never have to worry about the freshness or quality when we visit.
The staff are also very friendly, polite, and calm in their interactions, which makes the experience even better.
Overall, a 5/5 experience every time. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone“

“Great spot tucked in the corner of the Metro plaza at Derry and Winston Churchill. They have delicious shakes that are big enough to be a meal! Loved the Tuxedo Royale one with the slice of tuxedo cake on top and the Feels Berry Good which is made with real strawberries and blueberries. They use a generous amount of ice cream to make their milkshakes. They also sell Kawartha ice cream here. They share the space with Dosa Eatery so you can start with something savoury and finish with a sweet treat.“

“This is my second visit to this location, and both times they haven’t had pepper and salt sachets available. It feels a bit odd because these are typically placed near the pickup counter for customers at most other locations.

It may seem like a small detail, but little things like this go a long way in creating a better customer experience. Keeping basic condiments readily available would make the service feel more complete and customer-friendly.“

“I went to Booster Juice yesterday and had a great experience thanks to Mehak! I ordered a Red Sunrise, and she prepared it in just a couple of minutes which is super quick and efficient. She was very soft-spoken and kind, and even suggested a few options based on my preferences, which I really appreciated.
