“I had a pleasant experience at this store in terms of customer service and the product they are selling. The short girl at the counter with the dark pony tail was very helpful when I went yesterday ( Thursday 16th 2023) for the first time. She didn’t belittle me when I didn’t know what to do. She kindly explained to me how to serve myself. The product itself was extremely tasteful I was surprised that this is healthier than ice cream when it tastes so much better. I got the fruity flavors , a mix of Rasier berry and strawberry sherbets and always a mix of banana and pineapple yogurt.“

Nothing like finding the best ice cream in Hamilton at the back of a tiny convenience store.I wonder if they make their own ice cream because it's unlike any ice cream I've had in Hamilton, very rich and creamy and not overly sweet. I got vanilla ice cream and each bite surprised me with how fresh it tasted.Watching the man make the rolls was also a unique experience. “The donuts are amazing. You get to choose from a bunch of unique flavours which are all so delicious. I came in during a random rush and the two ladies were running around making sure everyone's order was complete, the store was clean, and everyone left happy. Truly made me feel appreciative for how hardworking they are. As someone who has worked food before, I know just how hard it is during a rush, all the while having a smile on your face and providing everyone with a positive experience. “We came here for some crepes and their fruit salad. The portion size was great for the price, everything made to order. The Pistachio Crepes were really good. Not too sweet and the presentation of the whole plate looked amazing. The staff were very nice and patient, even with lots of people dining in and more ordered being made, they took their time making the dishes. If you dine in they take the plate and clean the table with a smile.When we left, we even bought 2 milkshakes home for the kids. And even in the takeout cups the presentation looked good.It’s nice to have another good dessert spot to go to in Hamilton.“

Much appreciated!----Second time purchasing Fairly Frosted's products at Bake Healthii. Bought $25 worth, which included gingerbread biscotti at over $6+ alone. Found the product in their freezer - defrosted at home and much to our disappointment, the biscotti was still rock hard. Could not bite into it unless you would prefer chipped or broken teeth. Tried microwaving it, which left a burnt taste, therefore, ultimately tossing it.Owner's response? To assess remaining biscotti when they dropped off more products to Bake Healthii. No follow-up. No replacement. Such poor customer service.Will no longer be supporting this business, which is a shame considering other desserts I purchased were enjoyable.“
“Very creamy delights. 2 scoops is good for 2 people. The container is not big enough for the ice cream. I appreciate the huge portions of the scoops but was not impressed since the ice cream was melting down the sides and had no choice but to transfer to a water bottle. Also the staff didn't consider that any adult person buying would likely be driving and enjoy the treat at home. Unlike the other ice cream parlor that I visited, the staff even asked if I needed a lid and the cups were slightly bigger to accommodate 2 scoops. That explains the 4star rating for this place- small cups. This business has been around for 26yrs, I hope the owner consider buying bigger cups with lids for the ice cream..if not, please advise your staff to use small cup per scoop so that its not overloaded. Thank you.“
