When I spoke to Jeff on the phone to inquire (literally a few hours before our event), he was so kind and professional. They came directly from another event and arrived right on time with smiles on their face and their beautiful trucks stocked with yummy treats! The ice cream was absolutely delicious - everyone LOVED it and it made our event so special and memorable! “Good ice cream, my only suggestion is to keep the candy like gummy bears, marshmallows and others in small containers to keep them fresh. Both were hard and not fresh. The candies were stale, not because of the cold ice cream, they were not fresh.“

“I have been a customer at this Dairy Queen location since it opened. Upon entry I always find the dining area well capped and clean. The staff are always a pleasure to speak with and very helpful. The cakes speak for themselves. The DQ cakes are the absolute best. Quality is obviously their top priority.

“Purple Pony is a very cute little ice cream shop with lots of flavors to choose from. And, the portion size is generous. Loved the cute outdoor seating area, particularly nice for a summer afternoon / evening. The long queue kind of explains the popularity of the place among the locals.

The two ladies working were very kind (between 8-8:30 pm, Feb 13th), especially the one who served my Chocolate Peanut Butter, Pistachio Almond, and Rocky Road scoops. She patiently answered all my questions about the prices, which I truly appreciated. I also love how clean and organized this branch is that the refrigerator is neatly arranged and makes choosing ice cream cakes so easy. “I’m a regular here at Baskin Robbins and just wanted to share my experience. Honestly, my visit didn’t start that great, but it completely turned around because of Nirav.
He was really chill and took the time to get what kind of flavors I like (I’m a big fan of mango and Jamoca Almond Fudge 😄). He let me try a few new ones, explained what goes into them, and suggested some options based on my taste. That kind of effort really stood out.

“It was a pleasant surprise when we tried the coconut flavour. I would say it was my favourite so far. Service is quick and as friendly as you can get from a teenager since staff is about that young. It looked like they had no AC working so I felt bad for the girls and it felt very stuffy and that time but I do recommend the spot when you crave an ice cream in one of the warm sunny days along with the lake view.“

Thank you to the lady owner that spoke to me and held on to the treats as I was unable to pick them up before! She really made my kids day!
