I pretty much only go when Vidhi is working because she's always helpful in making a recommendation when I want to try something new and is happy to follow any requests! I like my cookie dough really mashed up and mixed into my ice cream so there's no big chunks and she did exactly that perfectly and made the experience and ice cream that much more enjoyable.“
“On April 10th I called the Ancaster Dairy Queen looking for a gluten free cake. My son was turning 10 the next day and ice cream cake was his request. They had no gf cakes available but said they can make one but require 24 hours notice. They informed me that, unfortunately, I had just missed the cut off because it was closing time. I completely understood and said I'd figure something else out. The gracious and lovely angel on the line said "No, no. Wait. I'll stay late. I'll put it together now. I know how hard it is to find gf cake options". Above and beyond! We're very grateful and can't recommend enough.“
“It was our first time visit here and let me tell you, it was a wonderful experience. The place is spacious and clean, and the staff is super friendly. They have so many options on their menu. We tried the Tutti Frutti and Rainbow M&M ice creams and they were both flavorful and had perfect amount of sweetness! Highly recommended, we're planning on visiting again to try the other flavors??“
“Sadly I have lived in Hamilton for four years and only recently discovered Easterbrooks. If you’re a fine dining foodie this may not be your place. However their hot dog options are worth the visit. I was amazed at the amount of food we received and the further amazed at the affordable cost. I will be returning.“
“Restaurant is takeout only. Fried chicken was crunchy and well seasoned. Good sized chicken and portions were plenty. Macaroni salad and fries were good. Price was affordable. Staff are friendly, hardworking and knowledgeable of their products. Highly recommend ?“
“Very creamy delights. 2 scoops is good for 2 people. The container is not big enough for the ice cream. I appreciate the huge portions of the scoops but was not impressed since the ice cream was melting down the sides and had no choice but to transfer to a water bottle. Also the staff didn't consider that any adult person buying would likely be driving and enjoy the treat at home. Unlike the other ice cream parlor that I visited, the staff even asked if I needed a lid and the cups were slightly bigger to accommodate 2 scoops. That explains the 4star rating for this place- small cups. This business has been around for 26yrs, I hope the owner consider buying bigger cups with lids for the ice cream..if not, please advise your staff to use small cup per scoop so that its not overloaded. Thank you.“

“Couple of my friends already recommend their ice cream. Just got there 10 minutes ago and it was closed. Tried calling few times but all got to VM. Talked to their rep on their Facebook page and they told us that they opened May - Labour day.Very sad. Hopefully everyone can read this before going there. Otherwise, try their ice cream next season.“
“Amazing Ice-cream!! Unfortunately I forgot to take photos but they were absolutely delicious. My friend and I had the Nutella Crunch and peanut butter explosion, and they were soo good. Big portion sizes were a regular and it feels like you got your money worth for sure. I was helped by Courtney, and she was so nice, and as was my first time here, she talked up the sundaes. The people that run the place are super friendly and love seeing people enjoying their products. They have a huge selection of ice cream and toppings. Even tiger tail that I find hard to get. I had a scoop of tiger tail and a scoop of Spiderman. Awesome choices. And they don't give a tiny scoop , they are old school and give you a huge scoop every time.
