Nothing like finding the best ice cream in Hamilton at the back of a tiny convenience store.I wonder if they make their own ice cream because it's unlike any ice cream I've had in Hamilton, very rich and creamy and not overly sweet. I got vanilla ice cream and each bite surprised me with how fresh it tasted.Watching the man make the rolls was also a unique experience. Quality was top notch and I will definitely be back to try their many unique flavours.“
“Restaurant is takeout only. Fried chicken was crunchy and well seasoned. Good sized chicken and portions were plenty. Macaroni salad and fries were good. Price was affordable. Staff are friendly, hardworking and knowledgeable of their products. Highly recommend ?“
“I have not had this level of customer support since Canada opened its borders. This family run business has the kindest, most empathetic and logical staff i have seen in a LONG time. That coupled with the fact that every item on their menu tastes amazing, makes for a perfect place to go. Whether to lounge and enjoy something sweet or take it to go, you will not be disappointed. The ice cream is not like anything i have had around here. Can I just say this is the ideal place to support the kindest people you will ever meet. Much appreciated!----Second time purchasing Fairly Frosted's products at Bake Healthii. Bought $25 worth, which included gingerbread biscotti at over $6+ alone. Found the product in their freezer - defrosted at home and much to our disappointment, the biscotti was still rock hard. Could not bite into it unless you would prefer chipped or broken teeth. Tried microwaving it, which left a burnt taste, therefore, ultimately tossing it.Owner's response? To assess remaining biscotti when they dropped off more products to Bake Healthii. No follow-up. No replacement. Such poor customer service.Will no longer be supporting this business, which is a shame considering other desserts I purchased were enjoyable.“
“Very creamy delights. 2 scoops is good for 2 people. The container is not big enough for the ice cream. I appreciate the huge portions of the scoops but was not impressed since the ice cream was melting down the sides and had no choice but to transfer to a water bottle. Also the staff didn't consider that any adult person buying would likely be driving and enjoy the treat at home. Unlike the other ice cream parlor that I visited, the staff even asked if I needed a lid and the cups were slightly bigger to accommodate 2 scoops. That explains the 4star rating for this place- small cups. This business has been around for 26yrs, I hope the owner consider buying bigger cups with lids for the ice cream..if not, please advise your staff to use small cup per scoop so that its not overloaded. Thank you.“

The flavour of the cake was so nostalgic to me and my family, we were instantly bring up memories of our best birthday feature this flavour of cake! “Couple of my friends already recommend their ice cream. Just got there 10 minutes ago and it was closed. Tried calling few times but all got to VM. Talked to their rep on their Facebook page and they told us that they opened May - Labour day.Very sad. Hopefully everyone can read this before going there. Otherwise, try their ice cream next season.“
“Amazing Ice-cream!! Unfortunately I forgot to take photos but they were absolutely delicious. My friend and I had the Nutella Crunch and peanut butter explosion, and they were soo good. Big portion sizes were a regular and it feels like you got your money worth for sure. I was helped by Courtney, and she was so nice, and as was my first time here, she talked up the sundaes. “Our fav is their Half and Half. Tried a few flavours and all seem to be perfect. What we don’t like is the absurd self-made rule of stop serving milk shakes 15 mins before closing. Turned around two times now for being 2 mins late and the excuse that they just washed the blenders. They should honour the customer rather than giving these excuses. When your closing time is 10pm then you should be serving everything on the menu until that time or change your closing time to 9:45pm and ask your people to start washing blenders after that. Good food is one thing but having such an attitude towards customer destroys everything. The owner or whoever is making these rules should take notice“
“It was our first time visit here and let me tell you, it was a wonderful experience. The place is spacious and clean, and the staff is super friendly. They have so many options on their menu. We tried the Tutti Frutti and Rainbow M&M ice creams and they were both flavorful and had perfect amount of sweetness! Highly recommended, we're planning on visiting again to try the other flavors??“
