“I have been going to A & W 190 Barton location , Hamilton, Ontario for over 10 years. I have never had any complaints with the food and the service. The staff is friendly and the food is served fast. A & W is my favorite burger place. The teen burger is my favorite. It has special meaning- the teen burger was the last meal l shared with my mum, before she passed. She wanted a bite and ended up eating 3/4 of it. She said l should have gotten 2 teen burgers. The teen burger is the perfect burger- it is a lovely burger with everything.“

“Dinner was great! We got open one of the sandwiches on it's own, and another as a combo, with fries and a soft drink. A bit pricey, but not bad. We had the food to go, so by the time we got to our hotel (a 2 minute walk), the sandwich had lost a bit of it's crispness, but it still tasted delicious. The fries were perfectly cooked and salted, and did not need any ketchup. So good. The cashier was very friendly, and was patient with us trying to navigate the menu and walked us through it. Would definitely visit again, but stay and eat in this time.“

“We had Hutches on the Beach yesterday for Good Friday and I recommend 10/10! With it being their busiest day of the year we still got our food hot and fresh, it was delicious and reasonably priced for 3 adults to each have a meal and be stuffed afterwards. The restaurant was clean and tidy and wow the employees are such hard workers! Krystle served us and she was very kind and pleasant to talk to, she was fast and efficient at doing her tasks. Kudos to your whole team! Can't wait to come back again.“

“We had an excellent meal. Today is free root beer float day providing you have the A&W app.
I was able to get mine, but not able to get my wife’s because even though she had the app she couldn’t remember her password to access the app. It’s disappointing that the staff would not let her have the root beer float for free.“

“I recommend the Locke St location which is excellent. But I just had delivery from either the King W or Dundas one that was brutal. Tortellini soup had like 3 Tortellinis and the burgers had clearly been pre cooked but not reheated tastied like cold grease and the cheese was not even remotely melted and still cold. Anyway the Locke location is awesome but wont do delivery again in case the delivery service goes to another location.“

“Food was very subpar. the garlic loaf was cold, the soup luke warm, and the chicken fingers for $21 were coated in an oil based sauce that you could not see or taste. Asked for sauce to dip and it was mostly oil mixed with a hot sauce. Yellow Currie was ok but very bland in taste. stack quesadilla was luke warm did not come with sour crème or pico de gala. it had been a long time since we had been here and it looks like it will be even longer before we ever go back. I can say that the servers were pleasant and apologetic for what came out of the kitchen.“

“When I go even at night the food is cooked to order. Which you might think is normal, but almost no other fast food places do that. Even half the restaurants serve fries from under the heat lamp. So I’ll always go here over everywhere else as long as their service and food is as good as it is (it is very very good)“
