The food is normally good. I normally don't write a questionable review unless the same problem occurs multiple times. If Harvey's allows you to choose your toppings on their hamburgers, then it makes sense for the employees to read what we requested as toppings along with the number of each topping. First time, no pickles (asked for 4 pickles) Second time, one pickle, one tomato (asked for 4 pickles & 3 tomatoes). This is not huge, but it seems to be a reoccurring problem.
We enjoyed our burgers at Harvey's tonight at the Upper Ottawa location. I want to thank Ava for helping us at the cash register. Ava was friendly and professional and we appreciated her excellent customer service. We will come back to this location because we were so impressed with the service we received.

Plant-Based Burger is awesome! Some vegan options available here, burger is cooked on segregated portion of the grill, staff is friendly and accommodating. No vegan cheese at Harvey's, had to supply my own.
