They have redone the inside! Very nice! The only thing was the burger! I ordered well done! Not! So sad! Not impressed!

Plant-Based Burger is awesome! Some vegan options available here, burger is cooked on segregated portion of the grill, staff is friendly and accommodating. No vegan cheese at Harvey's, had to supply my own.

The food is normally good. I normally don't write a questionable review unless the same problem occurs multiple times. If Harvey's allows you to choose your toppings on their hamburgers, then it makes sense for the employees to read what we requested as toppings along with the number of each topping. First time, no pickles (asked for 4 pickles) Second time, one pickle, one tomato (asked for 4 pickles & 3 tomatoes). This is not huge, but it seems to be a reoccurring problem.

I had to catch a live mouse this afternoon. The staff did not care so i grabed and put it outside. Where there is one there are many.poor dirty be careful. I hope this put the good away furing the night.

Sunday staff looked like they'd rather jam a pencil up their nose than make a burger. I get it. But that stuff makes a big difference. It's all about attitude.

We enjoyed our burgers at Harvey's tonight at the Upper Ottawa location. I want to thank Ava for helping us at the cash register. Ava was friendly and professional and we appreciated her excellent customer service. We will come back to this location because we were so impressed with the service we received.

This is a big Harvey's, lots of room to sit down if you plan to dine in. Not usually too busy, although the drive thru can be a bit of a wait.Food is decent, basically the same as any other Harvey's, I like that you can get whatever you want on your burger. Service is usually quick and the staff are friendly & typically in a good mood.They make really good milkshakes, I always get one with my meal because they are only $4 or so, which is pretty cheap as far as milkshakes go.Restaurant and washrooms are nice and clean, they also have USB outlet plugs if you want some juice for your phone which is nice.Parking: Lots of free parking shared with other storesWheelchair accessibility: Big dining area with room for a wheelchair, accessible entry area and washrooms.

Used to be my favourite burger joint, but quality has drastically declined, service needs an update and many need an attitude adjustment. They should remember who they are, the same as us customers no different and where they are and all volume could just stop. Then what? Harveys the good old days are sadly long gone. Such a shame.
