Very unlikely for a fast food environment she checks in with her customers during slower times to see if everything is to the guest’s satisfaction. She also takes complaints about the often dirty washrooms seriously and escalates the issue to Management right away.
Coming from customer service management myself, I would like to congratulate the owner of this location for having her on the team.“

“I honestly love this KFC so much!! The food is actually so good every single time. Their chicken is always so crispy and seasoned perfectly, and the popcorn chicken literally never misses.The fries are so good too and everything always tastes fresh and hot. With it being their busiest day of the year we still got our food hot and fresh, it was delicious and reasonably priced for 3 adults to each have a meal and be stuffed afterwards. The restaurant was clean and tidy and wow the employees are such hard workers! Krystle served us and she was very kind and pleasant to talk to, she was fast and efficient at doing her tasks. I am a regular at this Harvey’s, and I always go through the drive-thru. While the food is consistently great, the real reason I keep coming back to this specific location is Vanessa.

Dealing with her is always the absolute highlight of my day. No matter how busy the drive-thru lane is, Vanessa handles everything with a level of genuine warmth, patience, and earnest kindness that is incredibly rare to find. She recognizes her regulars, handles orders perfectly, and brings an amazing, upbeat energy to the window every single time.

“Great experience! Ordered on a whim after seeing this place on Uber Eats. They’re selling the Boston Pie cakes here and they are so good! Got the caramel shortbread cake which has a Lotus Biscoff type of flavor. Came well presented in a reusable bag.

Also got the fried chicken sandwich which was nice and crunchy, veg was fresh and the chicken itself was very tender and flavorful dark meat. Next time I’d try one of the bento boxes as well!“

“Tried Nando’s after wanting to check it out for a while. It has a different vibe compared to typical fast food, somewhere between fast casual and something like Swiss Chalet.

The ordering process is a bit unusual. You find a table first, then go to the cashier to order, and they bring the food to you. It works, but feels a bit less seamless than expected.

The chicken was okay, good, but not great. Honestly, I’ve had better results making it at home with their peri-peri sauce. The sides were a highlight though, the rice and cauliflower were both very tasty and well done.

Prices were Ok, and overall it’s an interesting concept. If you’re looking for a slightly upgraded version of fast food with a different flavor profile, it’s worth trying.“

“For being on campus food it’s probably one of the best locations — can get very busy around 8pm and crowded along w/ the second cup line. Food is always hot and fresh from the order line, and I haven’t come across anything raw yet. Some other foods like the wraps aren’t as good. Fries are usually over-fried but again, still good fries. One warning: sometimes they don’t know how to make the orders… for example I got chili twice but once it had cheese curds and crunchy bits, the other time it had salsa and sour cream. Which is odd (it’s supposed to come with salsa and sour cream) I also ordered a BCG poutine that was supposed to come with bacon, green onions, and sour cream, but It came with just bacon and some random shredded cheese? I mean I liked it but not what I ordered, double check with them if you’re really stingy about it though otherwise it’s a gamble.“
