“One of the best fast good place in beamsville. Kudos to the people working in this place, it’s not the first time I’ve seen them struggling during rush hour but they’re always on smile. The guy working yesterday and today had a lot of order, at one time they were around 6-7 people at the store waiting but he still talked to us, mingle and apologized for the slow pizzas because he was the only one working.

“Used the drive thru at this location on our way out of the region so can't comment on what the inside atmosphere was like. The staff were very pleasant and the food was unbelievably hot and fresh, that actually surprised me. I know many people write off fast food places but it's actually quite refreshing having such a good experience at one. Fries weren't over or undersalted either. I think this is how it's supposed to be, maybe we got lucky or perhaps they're consistent. I'm not sure but that day, our experience was really good so ty to the staff.“

“Today I witnessed an incident at Subway. A family placed a large food order and then decided to cancel it. There were around 5–6 subs in the order. Despite this, the two girls working there remained professional and respectful, even though the customers were speaking rudely and their behavior was not appropriate.
I was impressed by how calmly and politely the staff handled the situation. They also took my order in a very friendly and professional manner.

“Last week my friends and I got takeout from this location. Great service at the drive thru, food was overall decent (I mean, it's McDonald's so not gourmet but decent lol).
Unfortunately, there was a quality control issue with one of the food items. Not a huge issue, but definitely something the restaurant needed to be aware of.
I called and asked for the manager so that I could let them know about the situation and watch out for it moving forward. Manu was amazing to talk to. He responded perfectly to the issue, was very sympathetic and corrected the issue perfectly.
Errors can happen whether it is a mistake or quality control/human error. What matters is how it is dealt with and Manu was absolutely top notch and appreciated.“
