“Absolutely loved my experience at Poke Works! ❤ The food was fresh and delicious, but what really stood out to me was how thoughtful and accommodating the staff were regarding my shellfish allergy.

They took the time to be mindful of my allergy, answer my questions, and make sure I felt comfortable and safe with my meal. That level of care genuinely means so much, especially when dining out with a food allergy.

And I was surprised to see that it was busier than normal, when I got to the window the manager said that McDonald's down the road was having $0.67 burgers and that's the reason why it was so busy. It was by far the best sub I’ve ever had.. not only was it worth the money I think total was 20 bucks but I couldn’t go to the store. Buy those ingredients and put that on for that price.. the amount of meat that was on the the perfectly toasted bun. I don’t work for them. I don’t know any of them. I’m just giving you a real opinion.. if you’ve never had the firehouse subs, I highly recommend it like you’ll never go to Mr. sub or subway ever again. even with those coupons that they put out buy a sub get us 6 inch free or buy two foot-long’s get one free. I can promise you if you put all that product from the three subs on one month it’s still won’t equal what you get from firehouse.. sorry Subway. My only critique is for the brand as a whole. While I appreciate the extra bag fries are your standard, I don't enjoy having to reach through hot, salty, greasy food to get to the sandwich. I inevitably end up having to wash my hands between retrieving the burger and actually eating it. Also, the bag gets greasier than any I've ever encountered, likely due to the fries. If I'm not eating in the store, I am required to place something between my car seat and the bottom of the bag to avoid ruining my interior.“

Most employees are very friendly, some are kind of rude and impolite.

My recommendation is to get a new pop machine. It sucks.
It's dated. Way too much fizz.

Local restaurant like Wendy's has a much better drink machine.
