“I’ve been coming to Tribeca for a few months now, usually on weekends before work, and it has easily become one of my favourite coffee shops and definitely one of my top 3 in Burlington. The baristas are always so kind, welcoming, and quick with orders, and the overall atmosphere is amazing. The shop itself is really cozy and cute, which makes it such a nice place to stop by. My personal favourites are the iced banana bread matcha latte and the iced banana bread latte, both are definitely worth trying! I also love how they keep up with trends and are always coming out with creative drinks, like the dot cake latte. There’s always something new and interesting to try, and the quality has been consistently good every time I’ve visited. Definitely one of my go-to coffee shops in Burlington and a place I’ll keep coming back to!“

“The Tim Hortons at Burloak is one of those places that makes you appreciate the consistency and friendliness the brand is known for. The baristas here are always pleasant and welcoming, no matter how busy it gets. They greet customers with genuine smiles and maintain a calm, professional attitude even during the morning rush. It is clear that they take pride in their work, and that shows in the quality of the beverages they prepare.

The drinks are consistently good. Whether it is a freshly brewed coffee, steeped tea, or a specialty latte, everything tastes balanced and well made. I particularly like how they always prepare tea and coffee fresh, rather than serving something that has been sitting out for too long. You can taste the difference, and I have never once felt unsatisfied with a drink here. It makes this location a reliable stop when you need a quick pick-me-up.

Weekends can be hectic, especially in the morning when people stop in after errands or on their way to work. The line sometimes stretches, but the service remains efficient. There is ample seating if you prefer to wait it out and enjoy your drink inside. The atmosphere is relaxed, and the interior is kept neat and tidy. The bathrooms are consistently clean, which adds to the overall comfort of the visit.

As for the food, my experience has been less impressive. The few times we tried the sandwiches or baked goods, they did not feel as fresh as the drinks. It was not terrible, but certainly below the standard set by their beverages. Because of that, I mostly stick to coffee and tea during our visits. Overall, this location is great for drinks, friendly service, and a comfortable break during a walk.“

“I came and got 5 x take 12's and normally you would think the staff would be upset or irritated by all the work. Luckily, I came and dealt with Sarah, Ash and Komal who were perfect example of the professionalism that any Tim Hortons franchise owner would/should be proud to employ. “The Gelato's are great, flavourful and creamy but only get one when the lady is serving, the guy is cold and extremely stingy with portions. He will give you only half of what you're paying for ! Considering that, it's expensive. But if money and some coldness is not an issue then definitely go for it. I would go again just for that mean gelato😈 balancing sweet with a pinch of bitterness from a cute old man reminding me of home and how love can be shown in different ways 🙃 love you old man. “I really love the atmosphere of the restaurant. I came for dinner and was pleasantly surprised by how good the food was. Even better, the prices were quite reasonable for the quality. What stood out to me was the overall vibe. Despite a few people enjoying drinks at the bar, the noise level was very manageable and didn’t disrupt the calm ambience I prefer when dining. I appreciated being able to enjoy my meal on the quieter side of the restaurant. The crowd seems to be mostly travelers staying at the hotel which added to the relax and professional feel of the place.“

“I go to this Starbucks all the time, it is hands down the best Starbucks in Burlington and possibly all of the GTA. I refuse to go to any other Starbucks in Burlington and this location is technically out of my way but I choose to go out of my way because of the amazing service and products that they make and get out to all customers. My staff loves Starbucks and it makes them happy when they receive exactly what they want (the other Starbucks are always short ingredients or missing parts of certain orders which is frustrating) so another reason why this Fairview Location is hands down the best. Huge shout out to Chris, Matt, Victoria, Meg, Rory, Candice, Kerry and the rest of the staff/team. Your locations success is solely based on the amazing staff like Chris that try their best to ensure every customer is happy. Give them all raises! And praises!
