“I ordered ahead of time (approximately 20 minutes) So I ordered my food at 3:20pm and they said it would be ready at 3:40pm. I walked in at 3:45pm and showed them the email that I received and they told me it would be at least 10mins . They hadn't started my order yet. This happened at least twice before at the same store!!! I chaulk it up to new management and most people know exactly what I mean!! Please honor your time commitment on your app! Thankyou 🤔“

“Tim Hortons is located in the travel plaza adjacent to Manchu walk, New York fries, Wendy’s, Mr. sub, DQ and KFC. There is plenty of seating area. The staff is friendly and professional, and they have a wide selection of items, including chili, salad, bowls, burrito, bowls, breakfast, wraps, sandwiches, muffins, donuts, and cookies. Good place overall.“

“Sarah (supervisor) is an exceptional barista and she was the highlight of my visit! I am so happy to visit a Starbucks with such a warm staff member. Every Starbucks needs someone like Sarah to keep the place feeling warm and inviting. Thank you for a great experience!“
