“Go here often as I'm a travelling PSW, they're always accurate on the order and the instance this review popped up, my experience that day was very kind. I ordered a large chilli and I got to the window I'm thinking the manager but not sure had told me there wasn't much left and it just barely made enough for a regular and they were very very generous and apologetic and offered the meal on the house only asking me to cover my own drink. I am so thankful for this outcome but I honestly would of been ok with paying for a regular.Friendly faces at the window very polite!“
“I was going to rate this a one star because we ordered. I'm a chicken combo and when we got it and left through the drive-thru halfway down towards the highway found out that the sandwich was extremely dry. Patty must have been in the in the warming drawer too long and the fries were cold. Turned around. Drove through again. Told him the situation they immediately fixed a problem and sent us on our way with an upgraded fries and a fresh sandwich. Excellent job by the way staff and the manager to alleviate customer complaint“
“I’m a regular customer. I come here every morning to grab my triple triple steep tea, and I must say that the time to prepare my order has reduced to a great extent. I really appreciate that hard working boy Shif, working on the drive thru window most of the time. He always deals with me in a perfect manner and with a great smile. “Went for tea with my friends. The service was attentive without being obtrusive. By far the three most generous tiers of any tea I have been too. This one was Harry Potter themed and had several themed items such as snitches and chocolate frogs. We all left with doggy bags and talks of plans to return.“
