“The staff is so friendly!! I have like three main drinks that I'll get and this time I got a peach iced green tea with acai strawberry base. I can always tell when they didn't mix the base in well cuz it tastes bitter or leaves a bad taste in your mouth, or if they didn't put enough or too much. And often I get a bad drink. This was perfect! The perfect color. My whole family ordered and they got all 9 drinks out in the first 6 mins!

Many say that they don't talk to you or you have to wait. I mean it's in NY, near Niagara and the border.... So it will so busy.
But they are amazing at their job! I travel around the country, and get Starbucks all the time. This was by far one of the best starbucks! Steven is an amazing barista!“

“This company brings their delicious coffee to our Wyoming County Fair every year! Can you believe it?! I enjoy it all week long. They retail their great ground and beans also right there. I like a strong brew and they have the best. So I can take some home. But if you prefer something else, they can fix you right up too! Highly recommend!“

“All I have to say is ... Ashley. I've never ordered from your place before maybe because I don't drink coffee? Anyway I work overnights, and decided to stop because the line wasn't around the building as usual(this was at 740 a. m., fyi, on the 16th.)and my kid said to try it so I did... let me tell you she was a breath of fresh air from the first second of contact. Makes you feel heard, important, guided me through my order it was amazing.. the lady at the window was wonderful as well, and brought Ashley to the window so I could tell her that even if I may end up not liking the food(which she hurriedly said is delicious!),I would come order again because of her. She really hits the spot when it comes to early morning blues ..thank you for hiring her, and the staff as well was very quick and everything was delicious, by the way .... Oh if you need to know I ordered 10 timbits, 2 egg and cheese scrambled croissant sandwiches, and a hash brown . Was amazing and I got 2 meals out of it!!

“I ordered some Munchkins and some breakfast items. The Munchkins were fine, but I did find it odd that they were all different sizes - some were really small but other were normal sized.

The breakfast food was good, hot and fresh.

This store has only one kiosk when it needs more, as it gets pretty busy.“

“Bear Claw Cafe was such a convenient little stop during our stay at Seneca Niagara. They had a great selection of specialty donuts, and they were just as delicious as they looked! There were plenty of different flavors to choose from, so naturally we had to try more than one. 😂

The coffee was good too, and it was nice being able to grab coffee and a sweet breakfast treat without even leaving the hotel. Definitely worth stopping by if you're staying at Seneca Niagara—or if you're nearby and craving a good donut!“
