“Beef on weck was served with a bit of gravy, some fresh horseradish and a generous amount of tender, juicy beef. The side of fries was skin on and looked house-cut.

Service was great.

“Came here September 13th with my family to see the falls. Was served by Mikhail, who took excellent care of us. Never left our drinks empty! The food was delicious, and the restaurant was clean. The nature of the location means you have to park a little further away, but there is ample parking if you can walk a ways. Will absolutely return to this place next time I visit Niagara Falls!“

“Solid burger but too much grease. Once I opened the foil wrapper I noticed a mild layer of grease all over the buns. I immediately got paper napkins to hold it and wasn't surprised that I needed multiple as I enjoyed the burger. Once I was finished I noticed more pools of emulsifying grease now forming in the cooled foil wrapper. I can see the appeal for smash burgers with a added texture to the meal but personally I can do without them if they are typically going to result in this much excess fats.“

“The Blues Burger Bar is kind of hidden—steps from the back entrance or from inside the casino. Sure, there are plenty of other food options in the casino, but I gotta say, if you like burgers, this is a must-stop.

Service was quick, there was plenty of seating, and the soda has free refills. I loved the HUGE bacon 🥓 slices and a very filling portion. I’ll be back for sure! 💯 recommend!“

“Its Dairy Queen, the ice cream is good, tastes great, no issues there. On one visit earlier this year we got a different flavor blizzard than what we ordered (still ate it, it was pretty good.)

The employees, however, need some training or help. It seems they are more interested in finishing talking to each other or their friends rather than customers. How about a little eye contact when talking also (kinda makes you feel like they are actually LISTENING to the order?)“

“The morning staff is always friendly, efficient, and ready to take and fill your order. While I haven't always been a fan of Burger King's food, they have really stepped up their game recently. This location is clean, newly renovated, and staffed by an excellent team that consistently provides great service.“
