“Enjoyed an excellent dinner tonight at Savor. Food was delicious-there were four of us—two of us had the pork chop and the other two had the Swiss burger. Well prepared, juicy, tasty. Would have again. The $30 prix fixe dinner offers appetizer (we had the crab cake and the goat cheese and quinoa salad), main course and dessert (all excellent). Student/servers did a great job. Hats off to the chefs. Will return. Make sure to get a reservation.“

“My husband and I started a tour business and our very first tour was to the Stevensville Garden Gallery, Betty’s for dinner followed by the Winter Festival of Lights. I cannot say enough about the amazing service we received from Betty’s but firstly, I have to say that while planning our tour, Joe was extraordinary. He was so patient and understanding whenever changes arose and when our reservation ended up being smaller than we had originally thought it would be, he was extremely kind and compassionate. When we arrived at Betty’s Restaurant with our tour group, my husband and I were even more impressed by Joe and his team. We had brought our toddler along on our tour and as our group was being escorted to our table to be seated, our daughter who was absolutely obsessed with Peter Rabbit at the time was saying that she’s hungry and with her big imagination, she was actually pretending to be Peter Rabbit. Having overheard our daughter, a plate of baby carrots was brought to the table for our toddler before our group could even finish placing our order for drinks with our server. Our group was not even seated for more than a few minutes when the carrots arrived, and my husband and I were so touched by the thoughtfulness that was shown to our little girl. It goes without saying that the food and the service was incredible and we could not have asked for a better place to bring a tour group. We all had a great time and Betty’s Restaurant was definitely the highlight of our first bus tour. Joe and his team went above and beyond for us; from the moment we started planning the tour to the moment our group left the restaurant, we received exceptional service. “We stopped for a late lunch on Saturday. Had about a 35 min wait for a party of 7. My food was great! I had a chicken sandwich and fries. Two of the kids had pizza and said it wasn't good. They said the cheese was weird. Everything else was great. Our server was great, friendly and engaged frequently. Wonderful atmosphere. Reasonably priced and variety of menu options.“

“1st time trying the food at the dog house today! Omg I was extremely happy with the entire experience. I ordered fish and chips, onion rings and ate my husband's chicken tenders. I was full from eating my food but I honestly didn't want to stop eating cause it was so good. I highly recommend this place. Can't wait to go back. Family owned and run, straightforward, great food, and genuine people.
We asked for a recommendation and ordered several Beef on Weck sandwiches. Thin sliced seasoned beef on a Kimmelweck roll with incredible flavor. If you’ve never had one, the Kimmelweck roll is part of what makes the sandwich so good. The coarse salt, caraway seeds, and sturdy roll complement the juicy beef perfectly, especially with plenty of horseradish added. You can see why this became a Western New York classic.
We also had the fried bologna sandwich with hot peppers, which was packed with flavor and done right. Portions were generous and everything we ate was excellent.
But a review wouldn’t be complete without mentioning the service. The owners stopped by to talk, and they were authentic, friendly people. It felt like a local hometown spot instead of being halfway across the country from home.
Places like Jon Fre’s are what make traveling memorable. This place deserves to be an American icon. Don’t miss it, and definitely order the Beef on Weck.“

I had visited this location about a year ago, and at that time my experience was only average — simply OK. However, my most recent visit last week was completely different. It was a WOW experience!
Food was excellent, especially the Porter Steak, excellent meat quality cooked to perfection. The service was impeccable, and the clean, comfortable, and pleasant atmosphere made the entire dining experience even more enjoyable.

“It wasn’t just the food that was amazing but it was the hospitality as well from jasmine and Janet the 2 workers there. They made sure to check on me until my food came out and the wings were made perfectly not a lot of restaurants listen when I say crispy but these wings definitely were. And we highly recommend an ice cream cone for dessert. Loved the multiple topping choices for the burger and found the service to be friendly and prompt. We explained that we were in a hurry because we had to leave to go pick the dogs up where I had them boarded. He took the order, brought the food, and took care of the bill in a very timely fashion!
