“Enjoyed an excellent dinner tonight at Savor. Food was delicious-there were four of us—two of us had the pork chop and the other two had the Swiss burger. Well prepared, juicy, tasty. Would have again. The $30 prix fixe dinner offers appetizer (we had the crab cake and the goat cheese and quinoa salad), main course and dessert (all excellent). Student/servers did a great job. Hats off to the chefs. Will return. Make sure to get a reservation.“

“If you want good food in a relaxed atmosphere David's 716 is the place. I meet my brother & sis in law there & we enjoy good food and chit chat, never feeling rushed, thanks to a very nice staff. We've always enjoyed our food no matter what we've ordered! It is a sports bar with giant tv's around but you're not shouting over them to talk. The bar is separated by a low wall from the dining area & of course you can enjoy beverage or 2 from there. Stop in sometime maybe, Taco Tuesday, & enjoy a delicious giant taco!“

“1st time trying the food at the dog house today! Omg I was extremely happy with the entire experience. I ordered fish and chips, onion rings and ate my husband's chicken tenders. I was full from eating my food but I honestly didn't want to stop eating cause it was so good. I highly recommend this place. Can't wait to go back. Sometimes it can be excellent with view, food and service, sometimes they can be so busy or short staffed that you may not have a good view seat, food or service… but if you have to make a reservation with the managers, it will be so horrible as if they don’t need your business, strongly not recommended.“

“My husband and I started a tour business and our very first tour was to the Stevensville Garden Gallery, Betty’s for dinner followed by the Winter Festival of Lights. I cannot say enough about the amazing service we received from Betty’s but firstly, I have to say that while planning our tour, Joe was extraordinary. He was so patient and understanding whenever changes arose and when our reservation ended up being smaller than we had originally thought it would be, he was extremely kind and compassionate. When we arrived at Betty’s Restaurant with our tour group, my husband and I were even more impressed by Joe and his team. We had brought our toddler along on our tour and as our group was being escorted to our table to be seated, our daughter who was absolutely obsessed with Peter Rabbit at the time was saying that she’s hungry and with her big imagination, she was actually pretending to be Peter Rabbit. Having overheard our daughter, a plate of baby carrots was brought to the table for our toddler before our group could even finish placing our order for drinks with our server. Our group was not even seated for more than a few minutes when the carrots arrived, and my husband and I were so touched by the thoughtfulness that was shown to our little girl. It goes without saying that the food and the service was incredible and we could not have asked for a better place to bring a tour group. We all had a great time and Betty’s Restaurant was definitely the highlight of our first bus tour. Joe and his team went above and beyond for us; from the moment we started planning the tour to the moment our group left the restaurant, we received exceptional service. Family owned and run, straightforward, great food, and genuine people.
We asked for a recommendation and ordered several Beef on Weck sandwiches. Thin sliced seasoned beef on a Kimmelweck roll with incredible flavor. If you’ve never had one, the Kimmelweck roll is part of what makes the sandwich so good. The coarse salt, caraway seeds, and sturdy roll complement the juicy beef perfectly, especially with plenty of horseradish added. You can see why this became a Western New York classic.
We also had the fried bologna sandwich with hot peppers, which was packed with flavor and done right. Portions were generous and everything we ate was excellent.
But a review wouldn’t be complete without mentioning the service. The owners stopped by to talk, and they were authentic, friendly people. It felt like a local hometown spot instead of being halfway across the country from home.
Places like Jon Fre’s are what make traveling memorable. This place deserves to be an American icon. Don’t miss it, and definitely order the Beef on Weck.“

“Duffs in Niagara Falls, NY absolutely lived up to the hype for their famous wings. We came specifically to try them and were not disappointed at all. The wings are huge, packed with meat, and you can immediately tell they prioritize quality ingredients. The sauces are flavorful and well-balanced, and it’s awesome knowing that many of their sauces and ingredients are made in house.

Our server, Alyssa, was top-notch — super friendly, attentive, and helped make the experience even better. The atmosphere was lively and exactly what you’d want from a classic wing spot. We enjoyed everything so much that I’d easily come back again, especially to try their smash burgers next time. Definitely worth the trip if you’re in the Niagara Falls area and craving quality wings.

“Saw the good comments and decided to try this place for lunch after doing the Maid of the Mist. It was very good! The burger was delicious. The fries were good. And we highly recommend an ice cream cone for dessert. Loved the multiple topping choices for the burger and found the service to be friendly and prompt. The location itself is a little dated and not super clean, but seating was good and they provide plenty of napkins.“

“The Royal Cafe has a great breakfast. Plenty of choices are modest prices. Specials are unbelievable - very inexpensive - plenty of food and served lightning fast. The sausage gravy and biscuits is in another area code. Biscuits are nice and light - have the perfect amount of crispness. Sausage gravy is thick, perfectly seasoned with plenty of sausage! Service is really good and attentive - no empty cups here! Lots of good choices for lunch or dinner as well. A real gem!“
