I visited Griffon Gastropub for a solo lunch on a weekday and had a mixed experience. The service was excellent, with attentive and friendly staff. However, I found the prices to be a bit high for the overall experience.I started with the hot cheesy Maryland crab dip, priced at $18, which was deliciously spicy but mostly consisted of large chunks of pretzel bread immersed inside. We are lucky enough to live near Niagara Falls. And on our many trips there, we make it a point to eat and drink here. So many beers to choose from, and the chicken wings are soooo good.
