Takes forever to get your order! Waited 24 min in drive through just for a burger. Always always a long wait for anything. I see people complain everytime im there about how long it takes to get an order ridiculous!
BK. Is starting to get orders wrong. BK Used to confirm your order before you left the drive through speaker. Not anymore. I think they have too many menu options. It’s confusing your employees and customers??? That will be the Death of the KING???!!!
Ordered on line. Picked up at drive in. They forgot my sauce and my husband's Texas Whopper had way to much mustard on it. And our food was not hot.

The team leader on duty created a gregarious atmosphere with clever and humorous comments to his staff. The best-tasting sandwiches have been served, and the food was great, with cheesy tots cooked to perfection and churro sticks cooked so well. The taste of the grill flame burgers is loved. They are willing to replace orders for free, showing good customer service. The parking is vast, with easy access to the road from two different exits. The impossible menu is available, and the food is always neat, correct, and the grease is clean. They are quick, fast, and professional.
